  My two teenage children and myself stayed at this wonderful apartment on ave Rapp in mid February 2012. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our first time to Paris. Janet met up outside the apartment upon arrival and gave us a tour before we settled in(thank you so much!). My children each took one of the comfortably sized bedrooms; I could not leave the view of the Eiffel Tower so I slept on the pull out sofa in the living room. Great to have two bathrooms! Other than that stunning view, my favourite thing about the apartment was the kitchen; we ate what and when we wanted. And there was more than enough choice for shopping in this quiet neighbourhood (loved the Rue Cler market, I walked there each morning to pick up food for supper before the kids woke up. Great alone time!). There is a great little bakery right across the street as well...and a flower shop...and cafes...and a fantastic museum just around the corner! I believe that staying in an apartment for this visit to Paris is what helped to make it such a special time! After we walked around Paris each day, it felt like we were going home. Great feeling. I would go back in a second!!

  This apartment was absolutely beautiful and the location was amazing. The Eiffel Tower view is exactly as promised, but you have to be there to get the full effect. It was enormous! We were lucky enough to be there on Bastille Day and the fireworks show was phenomenal. The view from the balcony was unobstructed and we were so close the we could hear the music and the windows shook from the loudest/largest of the fireworks. We were met, right on time, by Adrian who was extremely curtious and helpful. The Point D'Alma metro station is only a couple of blocks away. There are many restaurants, bakeries and markets withing walking distance on Rue Cler. Be sure to visit The Central Cafe on Rue Cler, where the service is outstanding and the food is excellent! It was our go to place at the end of the day. Irina and Jasmine were extremely helpful and were always available to answer any questions we had. They also set-up our airport/train station shuttle. The company they use was curtious, able to accommodate our large amount of luggage and were on tiime. If you're looking for location, location, location, this the place for you.

  This was our first trip to Paris and what a memorable one. The apartment has a perfect location ~ accessible to everything - especially the Bakery across the street. Restaurants are more than plentiful, the biggest issue we had was choosing. My two teenage daughters had ample room on the living room pull out couch and could not have been happier with their view of the sparkling Eiffel Tower and it's light show. The apartment was well equipped with the basic necessities, paper towels, toilet paper, towels etc and a espresso maker .. with pods. There were more than enough dishes so we didn't need to hand wash. The Staff was professional and always helpful. I would rent this again and recommend to my friends!

  Stayed for ten days... wished it was a month. Great location, wonderful amenities with enough room for four. Thanks to Irina and Janet for making our stay perfect. A little pricey, but what are you going to do?.....It's Paris!

  Apartment was very nice, plenty of room for three guest & nice accommodations. We loved the views of the Eiffel Tower & most of Paris. Unfortunately, the weather was a little too chilly for us to use the balcony much & we were cold the first couple of days because the apartment heat had been turned off in the entire building since it was the middle of May. This was remedied quickly by the manager bringing over three space heaters. The description & pictures were entirely accurate regarding both decor & location. We loved the location & found the local retailers very friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay in the apartment again & recommend it to others. As to attraction and restaurants, we fixed a lot of our own meals, but recommend the Gustave Cafe near the Branly Museum,the museum itself which is easy walking distance & fabulous & the restaurant right across the street on Avenue Rapp which has a tasty 3 course meal for 36 Euros, owner speaks English & they are very nice. Great food! Also, I made a mistake on the number of nights we were staying- booked for 7 & actually needed to stay for eight. The managers let us stay the extra night (of course we paid for it) even though they had someone coming in the next day. We were very grateful not to have to pack, try to find a hotel & move the day before leaving Paris. Thanks to Janet & Irina.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.
