This wonderful, five-bedroom, five-and-one half bath home is located in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island near the Sea Pines south gate on one of the finest beaches on the Island.
Situated on a quiet, low traffic street that dead ends at both corners, this non-smoking home is in an affluent, oceanfront community featuring large-classic, ocean homes.
Just 40 steps from one of the best beaches in Hilton Head, with no major roads to cross. The house has extensive decking/porches and offers a private pool with hot tub which can be heated at an additional cost.
The home is superbly appointed and has sleeping space for 12 people. It is perfect for large families or for sharing with friends. The main floor has a full kitchen and living and dining areas. These areas are beautifully furnished.
There is also a master suite with queen bed and private bath with Jacuzzi. Three of the four bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and private bath. The fourth bedroom has two queens and a private bath.
There is also a family room on the downstairs (pool level) level of the house. There are four TVs and two VCRs.
The fully-equipped kitchen is designed with efficiency and convenience in mind. You may also choose to retreat to one of the large screened porches or sun decks. The furnishings throughout the house are of top quality.
