The Brick Path offers three unique, non-smoking accommodations: The Master Bedroom Suite, The Fireplace Room, and The Cottage. Guests will enjoy the serenity of the beautiful yards and gardens, an easy and convenient location, and hearty continental breakfasts tailored to their dietary preferences.
All rooms and studios have modern private baths, separate guest entrances, high-speed wireless internet access, private telephones/answering machines, cable TV, AM/FM radios, individually controlled heat, hair dryers, and exceptionally comfortable queen-size beds from European Sleepworks. Laundry facilities are available for guests’ use.

Description of Rooms:
THE MASTER BEDROOM: (Sleeps 1-2) The Master Bedroom is traditional in style, decorated in warm tones, Persian carpets, woods and wicker. Guests arrive through the gated garden to a separate entrance and backyard deck.
The comfortable bedroom has a queen size European Sleepworks bed and a sitting area. The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator and coffee maker. A large and luxurious bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and two sinks.
THE FIREPLACE ROOM: (Sleeps 1-2) Elegant and refined, The Fireplace Room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine, good food, good music and good books. Attractively appointed with ebony woods, Persian carpet, rich reds and maroons, soft whites and creams.
Special features include a crackling gas fireplace, lots of windows, a queen-size European Sleepworks bed, and a beautiful old piano for you to enjoy! Whether relaxing in front of the fire, window-shopping on Solano Avenue, visiting family and friends, or eating breakfast in the garden, The Fireplace Room is an ideal getaway.
EAST-MEETS-WEST COTTAGE: (Sleeps 1-3) "East Meets West” in this spacious and secluded studio cottage. Decorated with an Asian influence, The Cottage is light and airy with high ceilings, lots of windows, and natural woods. It has a queen size European Sleepworks bed, a futon couch that pulls out for an additional person, and a full kitchen.
With its entrance along an inviting garden path and own enclosed patio, The Cottage offers privacy and peaceful surroundings – an ideal retreat amidst the gentle urban bustle of this desirable neighborhood.

- This is a Bed & Breakfast with two guest rooms and a separate housekeeping Cottage. Each unit is separate and is rented individually (not as a house). There is no common kitchen. Each of our three rooms has a private outdoor entrance. Breakfast can be delivered to your room or served on the garden patio. The Cottage can be rented for up to 28 days without breakfast. All rooms have queen-size beds and private bathrooms. Located in a great North-Berkeley neighborhood with an array of good restaurants and shops just around the corner on Solano Avenue. Our beautiful gardens and patios are maintained for your enjoyment.

My first time traveling to San Francisco on business was made less stressful and turned into a very pleasant and comforting stay because of this wonderful oasis! The owner makes sure the place is clean, extremely comfortable, and safe. And the gardens are just lovely! My husband and I have been to many B&B's over the years and really, this one has to be at the top of my list ! Stay here...you will be inspired by the beauty of it too! Thank you, Wendy!
