About the owner: We live on the same street as the rental. It's a great neighborhood. Dave is a contractor and keeps up the house. I'm a full-time mom and help with the business. We love God.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Havasu City:
We bought this house three months before we brought our second child home. We love Havasu because it's a great family place that is fairly small in population. We live where many save to vacation.
