Well maintained 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Lots of updates and close to the resort amenities (phase 2/5)

Resort has 2 pools (1 zero entry), waterslide, lazy river, restaurant, fitness area, spa, beach volleyball and kids area. Villa has full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area and family room. 1 bedroom king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins in each. All new mattresses for a great night sleep.
led TVs in all rooms, wifi. 3 bathrooms. 5 mins walk with kids to all amenities. Gated Community. Walking distance to grocery store (Publix) and restaurants. Close to 192 and I4 Orlando/Tampa. Great memories await you! Resort fee at Check-in per day (see fees)

Great family getaway

We spent most days visiting vacation spots in Florida, but enjoyed coming back to the beautiful Regal Palms townhouse and resort. The AC provided a nice cool place to relax and rest. Our kids loved the pool amenities. We've visited Regal Palms a total of 4 times over the past 8 years. It's a great family place.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Resort pool was nice and well maintained. House was comfortable and properly stocked with necessities. Beginner supplies got us through most of our stay. There is a smaller bedroom on main floor but master is on 2nd floor as well as two other bedrooms. Dealing with the owner was easy and Anthony was quick to respond.

Peace and Quiet

Property was clean, quiet and perfect for a family to unwind and enjoy the resort. Resort was fun for the children and very clean. Our time here was relaxing and perfectly spent.

Great place to work!

My family spent 3 weeks in this unit. The owner was very responsive. There was plenty for the kids to do while I worked. Super close to everything but away from the traffic of Orlando. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Why they chose this property

Great location within the resort, not to close to all the action and noise and not too far from all amenities. No rear neighbours. Short 5 min walk with children to club house. Well kept and maintained.
