Our wonderful 3,500 sq. ft. home is located on the 14th hole of Nicklaus North Golf Course. It features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, 3 river rock gas fireplaces, fir wood flooring, brand new stainless steel appliances, LG steam/washer & dryer and a private outdoor patio with a gas BBQ and private hot tub, and a 2 car garage with ample additional parking in the driveway. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed (or 2 single beds) with ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed (or 2 single beds) with adjacent bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds with bathroom adjacent and the 5th bedroom has a double bed with ensuite bathroom. We also have 2 more sleeping areas, a queen hideabed in our entertainment room and a king hideabed in our media room.
