Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: We currently own four properties on Kauai. We rent three of them. We purchased our properties in 2010 and 2011. We try to spend quality time on the Island twice a year. We rent our condos through VRBO and use a local management company to book and maintain our properties. They do an excellent job of taking care of the needs of our renters.

Waipouli sits between north shore and south shore which enables vacationers to enjoy both sides of the island with short driving times.
