This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo sits right on Lake Dillon in Beautiful Summit County. This lovely 2 story condo features one bedroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The upstairs features a newly remodeled living room with a phenomenal view of Lake Dillon, hardwood floors and a nice Samsung TV. A fully equipped kitchen upstairs makes it complete with views so you can make that fabulous dinner while looking at the Lake. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed - and a bathroom makes it complete. Downstairs you have a bedroom with a twin bunk bed and another room with a queen bed and a small balcony. A nicely decorated bathroom and a laundry room makes this condo perfect for any family! A huge plus - a common hot tub on site for you! For the outdoorsy types, this condo is situated where guests have access to the back lawn area which allows you to walk up to the lake, play horseshoes, play sand volleyball, sit at the picnic tables and grill, and toss the football/frisbee in the large lawn. This condo is also within walking distance to the town of Dillon, where you have restaurants, shopping and other activities.

Wonderful Mountain Gathering Spot
Wonderful Mountain Gathering Spot
We were looking for a perfect place for a mini-reunion as well as explore mountain communities from Breckenridge to Vail and we found it at Yacht Club #3. The condo is close to DT Dillion (and the bar-be-que competition that was hosted the weekend we were there). Bike rentals just a few blocks away. Easy access to I-70 and neighboring highways. The view from the deck is an inlet of Lake Dillion rather than out to the full lake but you certainly can walk-out from the condo and access the lake. Nicely updated decor - the condo has a personality and was clean! The kitchen, while small, was nicely equipped - we even found dishwasher detergent and paper towels (plastic wrap/foil would have been helpful). The living area boasts a flat-screen TV with a comfortable chair and couch w/ lounging side (great to catch Olympic moments). While we did use the couch for sleeping, I wouldn't go so far as to call it a sleeper sofa. In my opinion, the unit accommodates 6 in the rooms and 7 if someone uses the couch but it is a real stretch to sleep 8. Seating in the living area is for 6 as well: 2 bar stools around the kitchen island, one chair, 3 on the couch. What we really did miss was having a table – there is seating for two at the kitchen island and a trunk (with a curved lid) serving as a coffee table in front of the couch. (Thought: If the kitchen island would have leaves that swing-up on either side and a few more bar stools, one could have the island for prep AND/OR a table to eat at: multi-purpose!). 2 full baths with commode/tub/shower separate from sink area provided ample room (hair dryer, towels, bath products provided). Parking could be a bit of a challenge if you have more than 2 vehicles – parking passes are required and limited. The washer/dryer came in handy. All-in-all, we were very pleased with the unit and thoroughly enjoyed Dillion! I would recommend the unit or stay again myself. Thank you for allowing us to sharing your mountain home!

About: We purchased our unit in 2009 in search of a place where we could feel like we had open space out our front door, but kept us close to town and easy access to all the ski resorts. At the time, I was working at Copper Mountain as a Ski Instructor, so it was a natural fit. Not only did we find everything we wanted, we also realized that our condo had great access to the lake within walking distance to the Dillon Marina and all the restaurants in Dillon. No longer working at Copper, we enjoy coming up from Denver every month to enjoy the beauty the area has to offer as everyday in this condo feels like a vacation because it is surreal, quiet and stress-free. We are blessed to be able to offer our home to others who are looking for a great place to stay. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
