  We had a great time! The unit is beautiful and well stocked. Friendly owners and great communication. The beach isn't too far to walk which was great for my older parents that went with us. The pools are great and location is far enough away from the main drag so that its not so crowded. I will stay here again!

  This was our first experience as "snowbirds". We spent a month in the unit and enjoyed ourselves very much. There were two couples and we found the unit to be very comfortable although the bed in the master bedroom was far superior to the ones in the guest room. The view from the balcony was spectacular. It was usually very nice on the balcony since it is quite sheltered from the prevailing winds and exposed to the warm southern sunshine in February. We found the staff and other residents of Phoenix X to be friendly and helpful, and the public facilities to be well maintained and very nice. The Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area has much to offer and we never found ourselves lacking for things to do (in addition to just relaxing) the entire month we were there. Dining opportunities are plentiful and the condo's kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to prepare you own meals. Be sure to check out Happy Harbor on the Line right across from Phoenix X for great food and a friendly staff. Another gem is Fisherman's Corner under the bridge in Pensacola. The Naval Aviation Museum is only 1/2 hour away and is amazing. We enjoyed the quieter/lower traffic area of Phoenix X combined with the fact that it was only a 4-5 minute drive to all the shopping and dining you could ever want. The owners were very nice to work with and very responsive about getting a problem with the dryer repaired when it wasn't working properly.

  We stayed in this condo for the month of October, and it couldn't have been better. Great location in orange beach, and the owner is terrific to work with. Very nicely furnished. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay, plenty of dishes, silverware, and things you might need to cook occasionally. Plenty of nearby places to eat. Didn't want to leave. Looking forward to next year already.

  We really enjoyed the condo! Everything worked and looked as advertised and the layout was perfect for us. Very clean and easy to keep up with a three year old! The convenience of the 9th floor parking level made unloading and loading the car a snap. We highly recommend this unit and plan to return next year if not sooner. Thanks Diana!

  We recently stayed in this unit for a girls' trip (there were 5 of us) and it was a perfect size for that! The condo was clean and well-decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect! It's right next to the FloraBama and very close to all of the good restaurants. The pool is one of the largest I've seen at any of the Phoenix properties (and I've stayed at many of them). There's also a work-out room and indoor pool at the property. The only reason I gave this rental a "Good" rating instead of "Excellent" is because they don't accept credit/debit cards. However, I understand they are in the process of getting that capability. Overall, a great experience!

  We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The views from the balcony are amazing, the kitchen is well-stocked, and it is spacious. We have 4 small kids, and I would recommend this property for any family, as there are indoor and outdoor pools, and a small pool for little ones. We will definitely be back again.

  This condo is well-maintained and very clean. It is decorated so cute. The owner is super easy to work with. We had a wonderful time and will most definitely recommend it to others.
