James did a great job of getting back to us when we had questions about the house. It had a Christmas tree up for our stay during the Christmas week. Great location with bay views and very close to the ferry's to get to Seattle. We had plenty of room for the six adults and one child. We all would love to come back and enjoy this house again!! Thanks again James for a great house for us to stay at.

The house is beautiful. Fully equipped with everything you could need. There was a big Christmas tree setup that made this even better to get you into the holiday spirit. It is so quiet and peaceful. It was nice to wakeup and see birds flying and otters swimming. You wouldn't even think that there is a busy main road a few feet away. Highly recommended and we will be coming back.

Hi James On behalf of my entire family I would like to thank you for the great accommodations that your Oyster Bay property provided us on our recent stay. From the first view of the bay from the deck to the last dip in the hot tub one frosty night, we all agree that the cottage provided a comfortable and restful weekend getaway. The cottage was very nicely furnished and supplied. There was really nothing that we lacked throughout the weekend. Best wishes for a Happy Holidays. Charles

The best in Bremerton!
The best in Bremerton!
My husband and I and our group of friends have stayed at many houses together over the years, some very luxurious "executive" homes with many amenities. Would have to say Bremerton wasn't our first pick for a destination. Boy did this house exceed our expectations. We just loved it from the moment we walked in. First: They had cables ready to attach our laptop and gaming systems to. Everything was a breeze and worked great. AWESOME SOUND!!! BIG SCREENS!!! GAMERS' PARADISE!!! MOST nice homes have one bedroom that is the definition of romance and luxury. The other bedrooms are either full of kid furniture or simply so much smaller that everyone but the lucky couple in the master ends up feeling cheated. You don't know whether to draw straws or have one couple pay more (as they should) for inhabiting the King's Quarters, while everyone else grumbles and elbows each other off the sides of the too small beds. The Oyster Bay home was refreshing in that all four rooms were very similar. There was one that was slightly nicer, and one that was very dark as it had no windows (although as one who had the dark room, it didn't bother me at all to be able to sleep at any time in this cozy retreat), but overall there shouldn't be anyone who feels really underprivileged. Plenty of bathrooms. Two couples downstairs had no conflicts with the upstairs two. Large, comfy couches. Lots of towels. Having TWO KITCHENS? AWESOME. I loved making coffee downstairs and not having to wander upstairs until I was ready. Everyone loved the fireplace - large and easy to use. Lots of places to settle for conversation and also if you want to get a little privacy. The hot tub was the BEST we've found. A nice self-sustaining system, smelled fresh, clean, and effervescent, even after we used it three days in a row. Steps up to it, PLUS thoughtfully placed tables for your drink and hooks for your towel. NICE! This place was a wonderful mix of luxury and down home comfort. Not all the appliances are super new, and the cabinets are older. I saw this as a plus. It was attractive without being pretentious. The view was lovely - lots of neat animal sightings. Feels private and secluded. Noise not a problem. We were able to play music and enjoy ourselves and I even went outside to see if our sound was carrying, and you couldn't really hear much of anything. Almost anything you would need is there. Loved it. Will return!!! Thank you James and Rosa!

This is an absolutely SUPER place....extremely well stocked....everything which we needed was there in abundance....quiet!!!....and the setting is just MARVELOUS. House sits on edge of water and has the most wonderful views you can possibly imagine. Several ladies went down to play cards supposedly the entire time....but we couldn't pull ourselves away from sitting out on the very large deck....so we played cards out there....then just sat out there and talked. The house lights of all the houses on the bay are just awesome at night.....just can't rave enough!!! The owner of the house is delightful to work with and so very accommodating. We are planning on making this our annual event because of all the places we have gone over the years....this is just the BEST ever!....plus you are so close to Silverdale that we ate there and shopped...but even cut that short to get back and sit on the deck!

Great house on the water
Great house on the water
Our family reunion was great and it was made even better with this outstanding house. We would love to come back again. I used to live in the area and I had never seen otters before like we did on the nearby dock.

Excellent accommodations! It had everything we needed and it was truly enjoyable. Awesome views! Close to all necessities (stores, gas, public transportation, hospital, etc.). The only thing I recommend is providing either a much larger garbage bin or multiple garbage bins.

Quiet by the Bay !
Quiet by the Bay !
Very clean and well equipped property. Quiet and beautiful view of the small bay. Grocery stores very close by. We sat in the hot tub and watched a small harbor seal who came by once a day to lie on the small raft in front of the house. Any questions or whatever James is very quick to get back to you. Overall a great week by the bay. Steve & Ellen Colchester, Vermont.

We were a party of 7 attending a wedding. The home was warm and very clean, There is a grocery store within walking distance. The listing was accurate as well as the photos. We will return as the property is very well located between Seattle, Tacoma and Port Townsend.

About the owner: I have spent 25 years in the real estate industry and Oyster Bay is one of the nicest and most convenient recreation spots I know that has Puget Sound access.
Why the Owner Chose Bremerton:
This is the nicest bay in the Bremerton area. In the summer it draws many people for water recreation, there is a terrific 4th of July fireworks display from local property owners and businesses. In the winter the views are beautiful and the Christmas Ships tour the bay during the holiday season.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Watching the wildlife, cranes, sea lions, eagles, and much more. Great for BBQ's, the large deck spans the width of the house. Canoe or kayak around the bay or out to the old naval munitions dock. Away from it all yet a short walk to groceries, blockbuster, redbox, wallgreens, and jack in the box.
