Casa del Neri is one of the few buildings within the historic hamlet of Camporsevoli, halfway between the renowned towns of Cetona and San Casciano dei Bagni. Surrounded by woods, this is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday beside the pool, or in its private garden, talking walks/hikes around the private estate as well as a starting point to visit the many fascinating art cities in the immediate surroundings. Camporsevoli is a private hamlet owned exclusively by the Grossi family. In the family now for several centuries, they personally manage the estate. It's situated on the top of a hill overlooking the Val di Chiana, on the southernmost tip of Tuscany on the border with Umbria and Lazio.

                      • Camporsevoli is so centrally located that it's the ideal starting point to visit a large portion of central Italy, between Tuscany and Umbria. We are exactly half way between Florence and Rome (both about 1hr45mins off), which become more than doable day trips either by car or - even better -by train from the neighborhoring train station in Chiusi. And that also offer easy access to both international airports. Siena, Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, Montalcino are approximately one hour away by car. Montepulciano, Orvieto, Pienza, Cortona are about 45 mins off. Chiusi, Cetona, Citta della Pieve, San Casciano dei Bagni, Sarteano are the bigger towns closest to us and all are not to be missed, offering enough to see in a half day, lovely restaurants, fun summer evening events, lively markets. San Casciano dei Bagni boasts one of the most important SPAs in Italy., the Centro Termale Fonteverde, and its being 20 mins away from us make it a great option for a relaxing day. Le Piazze is our closest village, 3 km away from Camporsevoli: it's small but offers all basic necessities such as a bank, pharmacy, two restaurants, postoffice, small but well equipped COOP grocery store and Massimo... perhaps the best butcher in Tuscany ! Our area is very well organized to offer travelers many different things to do: Tennis, Horseback riding, pottery painting, hiking are easily arranged in the villages close by. On the estate we offer cooking classes, held by family members in our own private residence or in the house you will be renting. These classes will be geared to your likes and dislikes and children are more than welcome ! We can also arrange wine tastings, again either at your house or in many wineries owned by friends.                       About the owner: Hello, my family has owned Camporsevoli for a long time and it has always been a place where our family meets for holidays and where we spend time with our friends. Since we have restored the farmhouses on the estate we are happy to introduce visitors to the pleasure and peacefulness of this unique corner of the world. We welcome families and groups of friends alike, doing our best to make them feel at home while introducing them to a new experience. We are bilingual in english and italian, and speak french and spanish. I am in charge of managing the properties we rent and - while I live in Florence - spend a lot of time in Camporsevoli during holidays with my husband and daughters, who provide on site entertainment for our young visitors, making many friends from all over the world
