  Last April, we loved this unit and definitely wanted to return again this April, which we did. This property is exactly as advertised, wonderful location, close to grocery store, great neighbourhood for early morning and evening walks, 3 minute walk to beach, and intercoastal waterway, pool extremely clean and warm, several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The owner lives next door and could not be more helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend this unit to my friends and family.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

  We are very familiar with LBTS and visit just about every winter. When searching for a property to rent for the month of February I came across this terrific unit. The pictures are absolutely representative of what you will see when you walk into this immaculate property - however, it was better than we ever envisioned. I can't possibly say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The property was tastefully decorated and included everything you would have in your own home (we didn't reach for one thing that wasn't already there), the outside area was the absolute best with lush landscaping, a beautiful pool and plenty of seating for sun or shade. A perfect location, It was within walking distance of all of the restaurants and nightlife, beach and supermarket/shopping center. I can't say enough about our host who was absolutely wonderful. Never intruding, but friendly and helpful. We quickly became friends and the hospitality was very much appreciated. My only negative comment is that someone beat us to being able to rent this place on the spot for next February ;( - If you are looking for the perfect place, look no further. We loved our stay and hated to go home. I hope that we get the opportunity to come back again, it truly was a memorable vacation. Thanks so much!

  Anyone wishing to rent this apartment is in for a treat. The listing description is not only accurate; it's even better in person. It is extremely clean and well maintained. Anything you could possibly need is there and if there would be something missing, the owner would get it for you in a heartbeat and if you would have questions, she will answer them asap. The owner was wonderful and made our stay so good that after 2 and one half months we did not want to leave. There are many wonderful restaurants in this quaint little town and everything from grocery store, bank and beach is easily accessible by car and even on foot. 101 Ocean has good food and a lively atmosphere as well as The Village Grille. For a healthy breakfast, Anglin's Beach Café is very good as well. We would (and have already) definitely recommend this wonderful home away from home to all our family members as well as our friends. We will definitely return. The only downside was that we had to leave our hideaway and the wonderful friends we made there.

  My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Lauderdale by the Sea last summer. The place was super clean and fully equipped with everything you need to have a great time on vacation. Located walking distance to parks, ocean, restaurants and in a super safe neighborhood. If we vacation again in Ft. Lauderdale...i will certainly try to rent this place again.

  We couldn't have been more pleased with the neighborhood, the accommodations or the hostess. The property is meticulous, adorably decorated, and comfy, both inside & out. EVERYTHING that you might need is in the unit. EVERYTHING is within walking distance. We highly recommend this property & we definitely will be back.

  Absolutely outstanding lodging and location! Want to return as soon as we can. Fully stocked kitchen, quiet street, and easy walking to grocery, beach, playground; even the fire station for an informal tour if you have young people with you. Super clean inside and out and pool was immaculate. Owner is nearby and the perfect host. We even used the Big Green Egg grill for perfect chicken and steaks!

  There is no way we could have known what a pleasant experience we would have on our fourth two week outting to Ft. Lauderdale. This is a 'feel good' place from the moment you open the gate to the gorgeous and lush patio and pool until you finally must exit though you really want to stay. Fantastic kitchen. Comfort abounds throughout and the storage space is unbelievable. Light dominates throughout the unit. Our charming hostess(owner) and her lovely daughter were an added extra to us. The private off street parking space and the ability to walk straight into the unit is so convenient. The neighborhood is so pleasant. This is perfect for folks who want to relax and enjoy the good life without destroying their budget. There is easy access to so many necessities plus the ocean is walkable, the pier isn't far and the feeling of safety is always present. Do yourself a favor. If your dates fit.... take this place. If your dates don't fit and it's available.... change your dates. You'll be happy here.

  While the property itself is lovely and well maintained, I would not refer anyone to stay there. The set up with the owner living on site is intrusive and unpleasant, and relaxation and privacy are impossible at this location.

  Great accommodations for one or two people! Light and bright, clean and comfortable, all of the essentials for an extended stay, and very convenient to all of south Florida's best stuff! When you are walking distance to the beach, the Intracoastal Waterway, and great Restaurants/Bars parking can be a problem. Really appreciated my own driveway! Proprietor is very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a month or a season!

  I highly recommend this property for familes or couples looking for a wonderful place to stay. The villa was prestine and came with all the amenities we needed. It is in a great location...close to the beach and all the activities in Ft. Lauderdale by the Sea! It was so nice being able to bike or walk to anywhere you needed to go. Of course we had a car, but it was nice getting out and expoloring. My family will definitely be back to stay longer....it was so relaxing! Judy, the owner lives next door and she is awesome!

This place is spotlessly clean & very organized! Only two units on property.
Very quiet & cozy... feels like a house with resort living!!
