This spacious third row, three bedroom near -ocean, smoke-free home is on the beach path, just steps from the ocean. The large screened porch allows you to enjoy the shady lot with lots of outdoor eating and living space.
The spacious living and dining area share a vaulted ceiling and a floor to ceiling brick fireplace. A sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, and two chairs allow full seating for enjoying the TV/DVD/VCR with surround sound.
There's a large game table to accommodate puzzles or family board games. The dining room offers a large carved pine table with six chairs and a wet bar. Fully equipped, the kitchen has comfortable seating for six and access to the deck. The kitchen and all three full baths have large skylights, allowing lots of natural light.
The master bedroom and bath with double shower with dual heads and body sprayers in shower, double sink enjoys its own sound system, a king bed, walk-in closet, and access to the deck. We had a wonderful week enjoying the sun, beach, and the spacious accomodations. The house is very close to the beach. Lots of space and privacy.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
