This beautiful spacious home has covered outside verandas with comfortable patio seating and tables to relax. There is so much room to spread out and claim a piece of heaven of your own to enjoy your own personal space. Everyone on vacation will feel welcomed, comfortable and never cramped.
The kitchen is located on the main level where you can pick a chef from your group and let him or her cook up their favorites!! Plus, for the adults, pick up your favorite spirits and whip up your own adult beverages in the wet bar. If you need to buy anything special for cooking there are grocery stores nearby.
You'll get a quiet night's rest in this home, as the rooms are all large and away from one another.
On the main level is the Queen Bedroom. There are 2 queen beds in this room, which is located behind the main kitchen, with a full bath and large closet.
On the top or 3rd level is where you'll find 2 separate King Bedrooms. The first king bedroom located at one end of the hallway is a master suite, has a modern chic look with a sitting area, full floor to ceiling windows, balcony to chaise lounge, and a gorgeous master suite bathroom with a large walk in closet.
The second king bedroom which is located at the other end of the hallway has its own full bath, large walk in closet, small dresser, and a full size crib for the baby (guests must bring own linens for the crib).
Each king bedroom and the queen bedroom comes with a small to large flat screen TV.
On the bottom or lower level – Teens/Kids Area- is a full living room with kitchen and full bath, a walk in closet, double bunks(twins over full beds), sofa for lounging and watching TV, games, books- it's their own living space while on vacation.
It's easy to see how this Seacreast Beach home will become a favorite of yours for many years to come. Leave the watch on the dresser, turn off the cell phones, and feel revived as stresses of life melt away.

We had a wonderful stay here over spring break! We had two families with a diverse range in age groups of the children and the house was perfect. There were separate living areas over three floors which allowed for great time together when wanted, or apart when needed. The house is decorated in a fun contemporary style that is unique compared to many of the cookie-cutter homes we typically stay in. An added bonus is the location close to the pool and open grassy area with a private gate out our back door. We also appreciated Patty's flexibility and quick response to questions. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Driving up into the neighborhood we were already impressed. As we made our way around the house we were astounded and the ample space that was provided and plenty of sleeping space to accommodate our party of 14. The walk to the beach was very short and into the village was as well. It was smack dab in the middle of everything that we needed. Although the weather was a little gloomy, we still enjoyed the view on the patios and our time by the gigantic pool. Thank you again ! Will definitely consider staying again sometime in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We are so grateful to Patty for opening up her home to us. We had such a great time. The beach was beautful, and the shuttles were fast and easy. Perfect location between the ocean, shops, and overlooking seacrest lagoon. we road our bikes some of which were even provided by Patty the whole week. Wish I was back there right now! Hope to stay for many years to come.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We had a 3 families stay here for a week and LOVED it!!! The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. During our stay, it rained one day and with 7 kids.........there was plenty of room for them to enjoy games along with private time to themselves. The large, lagoon pool is only 20 steps from the back porch. We will be booking this house for next summer:)Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
