Weber gas grill and fully-equipped kitchen.
Downstairs also includes one bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with tub, laundry room with Neptune washer and dryer, laundry sink, and second refrigerator.
Upstairs includes master bedroom with king-size bed, cable TV/VCR, and private bath including 2 person tub and shower. Bedroom two overlooking bay has king-size bed TV, DVD, and air conditioning. Bedroom three and four are both queen size. Second upstairs bath with shower.
Lots of lawn room to frolic. Lawn furniture, Weber gas grill, lobster cooker, and beach chairs (four) - also badmitton and croquet and a variety of movies and games.
