Shoreline Villas townhomes are located on the Gulf on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, just east of Carillon Beach. Right out the back door is an expanse of sugar white beach with a magnificent unobstructed view in both directions.
Our home is casually and comfortably furnished and decorated. The main living area, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and a half bath are on the first floor. The three bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom offers a beautiful view of the beach and an inviting private balcony. If you're looking for a casual comfortable house right on the Gulf with all the amenities you need for a quiet beach vacation, this house is for you! This is a perfect beach house for a family of 6 to 7.
The Shoreline Villas are conveniently located close to amenities and activities. There are two grocery stores within a quarter mile. Pier Park is just a 5-7 minute drive to the east where you will find excellent shopping, a wide variety of restaurants, several night clubs, a 16 theater cinema, and many activities for the kids, including amusement park rides, laser tag, bungee jumping and more. You can also grab a coffee drink at Starbucks or pick up an ice cream cone or some fudge at one of several sweet shops.
Just a few miles to the west is Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, where you can rent bikes to cruise the Scenic 30-A bike trail, enjoy a casual lunch on the patio of Wild Olives or Summer Kitchen, or enjoy one of several first class restaurants for fine dining. If you enjoy music, you are sure to enjoy the 'Groovin on the Green' concert series in Carillon Beach, which is practically next door. Our location is ideal for a family vacation.
There are five public golf courses within a 30 minute drive of Shoreline Villas. Camp Creek is arguably the nicest of the group. The two courses at Bay Point are also highly regarded, as are the 27 holes at The Hombre. Signal Hill is a forgiving open course that is a good value and not as challenging. Holiday Club is rated somewhere between Signal Hill and The Hombre.

My family had a great time at the beach house. The decor was very comfortable, views were amazing, and we really enjoyed hearing the waves every night. The weather was unusually cold for this time of the year, but my kids were still on the beach, flying kites, digging in the sand and jumping waves in their swimsuits and clothes. There are plenty of activities to do in the area. We visited Panama City Beach, Seaside, and the Boardwalk in Destin.

We were extremely pleased with this townhouse! It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. It was like a beautiful "home away" from home. It's amazing to wake up in the master bedroom to the most gorgeous view of the ocean. The most important feature of this place was, of course, the beach. It is a really quiet and beautiful beach which was perfect for us. We like to avoid crowds! There are no high-rise condos for a long distance in both directions. We loved that you walk down the deck stairs and you're on the beach. We rented paddleboards and had a blast with our kids! There are a ton of attractions within a short driving distance plus grocery stores a block away. We were only able to stay for two weeks but I wanted to stay forever!

My husband and I just spent 10days at the condo and enjoyed every minute of it. The home is very clean and well kept with all the ammenities we needed. The view of the ocean is tremendous. We watched dolphins swim and play every day off our deck. Just beautiful!!! We are already looking forward to our vacation next year.

My husband and I had a perfect stay. The photographs shown of this townhouse do represent what you will find, BUT, there have been recent additions to the art, lamps, accessories and even the furnishings which greatly enhance this lovely place. Everything was in excellent shape, clean as could be, comfortable beyond words, and fully supplied. We were amazed at the "extras" we found; things we greatly appreciated having for our use, but totally had not expected to find there for us. If you enjoy being away from the crowds and having a beautiful, white sand beach to enjoy to the fullest, this location can not be surpassed. Yet, grocery stores, liquor stores, drug stores and restaurants are literally within minutes of your front door. And best of all, if there are times of the day you would like to sit in the shade with an unobstructed view of the beach and the water, the covered area of the first floor will be definite plus! We have already submitted our request for a return visit in 2013.

The pictures are very accurate. The home has been nicely updated on the inside and had everything we could possibly need from big things like washer and dryer to small things like scissors. It seemed more spacious than I thought it would be and is laid out well. There was plently of drawers and closets upstairs but no pantry in the kitchen to house food so we placed on counter which worked out fine. Location was situated on quiet end of Panama City Beach further from the busy traffic and it was very peaceful. Our favorite part of this home is literally stepping right onto the sand from the deck below the home which housed an outside shower that was used more than the inside showers (all had great water pressure) with 2 small children. We loved eating outside for all our meals together and didn't feel we were in an attached townhome because it was very quiet inside the home as well as the balcony walls extended out, you could really only hear when someone was moving balcony furniture around. Of course the sand and water were gorgeous, making for a beautiful view! Home owner we rented through was very nice and prompt as well as the other tenants nearby. We have a 5 and 2 year old so we stayed at the house and beach most of the time instead of venturing out to activities and enjoyed it very much. We would definately rent this unit again, hopefully next summer!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. The location was quiet and serene with plenty of room on the beach. All the attractions and more touristy hangouts were just a short drive away. The townhouse was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. Everything needed for the kitchen and cleaning products were stocked. The management company made sure everything was ready for our arrival and also promptly emailed us after we left regarding our security deposit. I will definitely consider this vacation rental and mgmt company again. We absolutely loved it and thank you for providing this rental to make our vacation complete!

About the owner: We are a family from Enterprise, Alabama that has been enjoying Panama City Beach all our lives. We get to the beach as often as we can and are pleased to share our passion for the beach with others by renting our beach house to other families. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. All we ask is that you treat it as your own while staying there as our guests.
Why the Owner Chose Other Sunnyside Properties:
We were drawn to the west end of Panama City Beach because it is quiet and family oriented. The traffic is light on the west end as well and all the activities we enjoy on vacation are within minutes of the house. We also liked the fact that there are no high rise condominiums near our house so the beach behind the house never gets very crowded.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The most unique benefit we enjoy is the beautiful sugar white beach right in our back yard! All we have to do is go out the back door and we are on the beach. We don't have to worry about loading everyone into the car or a beach shuttle or carrying chairs and coolers any distance. There is also a lot to be said for the convenience of having bathrooms available and being able to rinse off in the outside shower any time we like. We also enjoy the shaded porch swing in the breezeway under the house and the ability to escape the sun on those really hot days. Our home is conveniently located between Pier Park and Rosemary Beach. We go to Pier Park for shopping, dining, and entertainment. During the summer months we enjoy the free concerts in the park. We also enjoy Mardi Gras at the Beach in the early spring and the Pirate Festival in the fall. No trip is complete without a bike ride along the Scenic Highway 30A bike path, which starts at Rosemary Beach, just a few miles from the house. Sometimes we take our own bikes and other times we rent them from one of the many vendors in the area. We like to ride to Seaside and back and enjoy lunch along the way. Just thinking about that ride makes us smile!
