Located on the beach in Terrasol Resort near Playa Grande. Terrasol is located on the Pacific side of Cabo town, just a few minutes walk from the sport-fishing marina. This residential property is renowned for being exclusive and perfectly located.

This is not a timeshare. This is an opportunity to enjoy one of Cabo's tranquil beachfront residences with easy access to busy Cabo San Lucas town. It is the best of both worlds. Enjoy active days and quiet nights watching the stars - or enjoy quiet days (without whistles and camp counselors) and party all night. There is plenty of room for you and your family. And Cabo is so versatile that everyone can do their own thing. Cabo is also very safe, allowing you to walk the town into the wee hours without worry.
Our condominium features a king-size bed in the large, master suite with a private bath, TV and large closet. This bedroom has large slider doors that access the wraparound deck. You can listen to the Pacific waves as you sleep and be awakened by the sun in the morning.
The second bedroom is spacious with two twin beds, a vanity area, and a very large closet. The living room looks onto the pool area and the ocean. There are two queen-size, pull-out sofas. The airy space is adjacent to the dining area that seats six comfortably. Wrap yourself in a Mexican blanket to sit on the couch and watch the weather back home - as cool breezes float through the sliding doors.
The kitchen features full-size Whirlpool appliances. Service for twelve, pots, pans, and utensils allow you to cook or entertain if you wish. Microwave, dishwasher, food processor, coffee pot and grinder, a blender for 'boat drinks' are all here for you.
Amenities abound with luxury sheets and towels, down comforters, and alpaca snuggle wraps. Charming serving ware, Mexican glasses and pitchers for drinks and entertaining. Comfortable deck chairs, huge beach towels. This condo has secure wireless DSL Internet access on site. Our condo has a computer available for your use. It is like staying at a friend's house. Have loved Cabo since 1992 after a long journey from the east coast, this was heaven.
The weather, the vibe - it feels wonderful. When we saw units available in Terrasol, we jumped on it since they are a rare gem on the Pacific beach.

First of all we LOVE Terrasol, great location, great staff and very understated but timeless appeal....we have stayed at five different VRBO/Terrasol condos over the years and we liked this unit the best(!) Great communication and foresight by the owners, everything WORKED, lights, internet, tv, blue-ray, AC, etc ( and it is not always so ), nice, simple, but updated design scheme, and most of all the view and location...just picture perfect and a nice balance of foreground and background scenery. No watching nearby construction either. Suffice it to say, we didn't have "other unit" envy. (Oh yeah, nice gift basket on arrival and cold beers in fridge too). These are clearly owners who "get it". We will stay here again in a heartbeat.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Thank you for the use of your wonderful Cabo condo. It is absolutely beautiful. And the use of the computer was over the top in generosity. My time in cabo was beyond all expectations and connecting with you played a large part in that. I would take advantage and rent your cabo home for my next cabo trip. The only thing I would do differently is take it for my entire stay.

Like the other comments say, the condo, Terrasol, and owners were great. All the surprises were pleasant ones. Terrasol is quiet, but is only a short walk to Cabo. Would definitely go back and stay in this condo again.

These owners were a pleasure to deal with. They have a lot of info on Cabo and really helped us get settled fast. Our family had a great time in this comfortable condo right on the beach- Terrasol is a big property and this unit is close to the beach-just like the photo.
