  We had a group of 6 go for a birthday weekend. The owner, Pat, was great and willing to accommodate with a flexible schedule. The unit is clean and all the amenities were there to cook your own meals. The resort is located about 10 minutes from the main downtown area and also has a quiet pool with a beach just seconds away. We will definitely be going through Pat (if available) again for our future stays. Jerry

  Terrasol Unit #118 is a beautifully decorated and well appointed unit that has been recently remodeled. A family of 4, with 2 teens, this unit had all of the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The atmosphere at Terrasol is so relaxing, safe and friendly. Not only were the views of the Pacific Ocean spectacular, but quick and easy access to Downtown, a quiet and private beach, the pool and an amazing hike to Land's End make this location a hidden gem. The owner's were also absolutely wonderful, providing us with great tips, information and ideas before and during our stay. This not only helped to make our first ever vacation rental experience one that we will never forget, but we would definitely return to this location and without hesitation recommend this unit to other travellers.

  We were fortunate to find this rental and spend a week enjoying Cabo from this wonderful home base. The location couldn't have been better (on the beach, near the pool and an easy walk from the lovely Marina and downtown Cabo) and the owners could not have been nicer. After booking we received e-mail updates on a regular basis, the owners responded quickly to all questions and sent us a nice orientation package prior to our arrival with ideas for dining, activities and general Cabo info. Our party included 4 adults and an infant and the condo met our needs perfectly and exceeded all of our expectations. Unit 118 is so well equipped that had we known that, we sure could have packed a lot lighter!! They had a nice grill on the patio that we were able to use for preparing our fresh catch (Great fishing out of San Jose x 2) and even had skewers for kabobs. There were plenty of plush bath towels, extra beach towels and the in unit washer/dryer combo was wonderful, especially with a baby on board. We brought along a infant monitor with a camera and when set up in the master bedroom, were were able to watch the baby while siting outdoors in the sun. Whale season was probably near the end, however, there were still a few around and we saw them frolicking out in front with a direct view from the veranda. What could be nicer than sitting down with a morning coffee on your front deck while watching whales jump and wave to you with their enormous fins? Wow!! All of the Terrasol staff was wonderful as well. They were able to answer questions, and provide concierge services if needed. The guys at the pool bar/restaurant were also very nice and make wonderful, inexpensive breakfasts ($4-7). They also grilled some of our catch of the day to perfection (lemon, garlic, butter--yum-yum) for $5/pp. Neighbors to 118, especially the couple that live upstairs most of the year were so nice. Everyone wanted to offer sightseeing suggestions, eating recommendations and were just plain nice to hang out with at the pool each day. If you are looking for a wild, busy resort, Terrasol will not be for you, but if you desire a quiet, intimate experience with all of the amenities of home and more, stay at Casa Charos and you will not be disappointed.

  This unit in the Terrasol Community is one of the best deals in Cabo! Great unit, clean and nicely re-done. Also looks right over the pool and onto the Sand. Perfect for our family vacation... and in a very safe area!! We will be back for sure!!

  We absolutely loved staying at Terrasol, and especially unit 118! The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! We saw whales each night, and also saw dolphins, sting rays and sea lions. The owners were great to deal with and gave us lots of information to get us to the condo. The pool bar food and staff were also great! I spent most of my time enjoying the view from the deck or laying on the beach or by the pool. It is relatively close to walk downtown for the night life as well. We are definitely planning on another trip back here again. Thanks Pat for everything! Kelly, Cheri and the gang Minnesota

  First of all we LOVE Terrasol, great location, great staff and very understated but timeless appeal....we have stayed at five different VRBO/Terrasol condos over the years and we liked this unit the best(!) Great communication and foresight by the owners, everything WORKED, lights, internet, tv, blue-ray, AC, etc ( and it is not always so ), nice, simple, but updated design scheme, and most of all the view and location...just picture perfect and a nice balance of foreground and background scenery. No watching nearby construction either. Suffice it to say, we didn't have "other unit" envy. (Oh yeah, nice gift basket on arrival and cold beers in fridge too). These are clearly owners who "get it". We will stay here again in a heartbeat.

  Thank you for the use of your wonderful Cabo condo. It is absolutely beautiful. And the use of the computer was over the top in generosity. My time in cabo was beyond all expectations and connecting with you played a large part in that. I would take advantage and rent your cabo home for my next cabo trip. The only thing I would do differently is take it for my entire stay.

  Like the other comments say, the condo, Terrasol, and owners were great. All the surprises were pleasant ones. Terrasol is quiet, but is only a short walk to Cabo. Would definitely go back and stay in this condo again.
