  Everything was great in the condo. Clean, well stocked, great view. Just like walking into a home. That is what made the stay all the more enjoyable. We rented beach chairs for the week and never stopped at the pool evev though it was great. We just like the beach. Had some great seafood at local restraunts. All around a great vacation. We will stay again if available.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I almost hate to reveal this treasure but we stayed the second week in May and everything was amazing. The condo is very well taken care of. Its a well run facility and the pool and beach are the best. The inside of the condo has top of the line amenities. I would suggest it to anyone. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this vacation home and we look forward to staying again.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

  The Condo was perfect. The unit was kept up to date with everything to make our stay very enjoyable. Anne was great to work with and helpful. The Condo has a great view of the Gulf from both the family room and the bedroom. The facility was very clean and the people that work there are friendly.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was very nicely decorated and comfortable. You have a great view of the gulf and the pool area. Thanks for having us. We'll keep you in mind for the future when our beach house is rented.

  My wife and I stayed here last year "between" the hurricanes. It was nice and clean and very private. It was very slow in the area because of the weather but that just allowed us more freedom than usual(like not having to worry about getting a chaise lounge at the pool). The unit is very comfortable with everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. The owners were very pleasant to deal with(especially when the dates adjusted a little because of the hurricanes). We would highly recommend this unit!!!

  We had planned on staying here the week of 9/19,which was our 35th Ann. A little storm named Ivan changed that. We were able to change our dates to the week of 10/16/04. You are always a little apprehensive when doing reservations over the internet, especially on a rental unit. Let me say this place is nicer than the pictures show! Everything was very clean! The views were great, the sunsets spectacular. I spoke with the owners of this unit {Anne} while changing our dates and she was such a warm person on the phone. I would highly reccommend the Dunes and this unit! You won't be dissappointed!
