Beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium. This unit is nicely decorated using unique touches. The living room has a spectacular view of the Gulf. Master bedroom also has a great view of the Gulf and has private access to balcony and private bath. You can lay in bed and see the Gulf. Second bedroom has a double bed. The second bath can be accessed from either the second bedroom or the hall. Both bedrooms are very nicely decorated. The master bedroom and the living room have ceiling fans. The kitchen is stocked to make your vacation easy and comfortable. The dining area is roomy; a room where you would feel comfortable eating a pizza or having a candlelit dinner.
This unit is directly on the beach! This unit is for someone looking for a nicely done unit, in a complex with a beautiful pool, two tennis courts, store, snack bar, and very easy access to the beach. There is a flat panel TV in both bedrooms with DVD players. The living room has a flat panel TV with DVD. There is also a stero in the living room. We are on the 11th floor in building E.

Love the beautiful beaches. We bought our unit because of the gulf views and location. Also, think that our complex is well run.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Like the store downstairs. Easy to grab lunch or milk if we run out. It is easy to enjoy the water sports available on the beach in front of the condo. Also like the location-close enough to the action, but far enough away that you are not in a traffic jam everytime you leave your complex.

I almost hate to reveal this treasure but we stayed the second week in May and everything was amazing. The condo is very well taken care of. Its a well run facility and the pool and beach are the best. The inside of the condo has top of the line amenities. I would suggest it to anyone. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this vacation home and we look forward to staying again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

The Condo was perfect. The unit was kept up to date with everything to make our stay very enjoyable. Anne was great to work with and helpful. The Condo has a great view of the Gulf from both the family room and the bedroom. The facility was very clean and the people that work there are friendly.

My wife and I stayed here last year "between" the hurricanes. It was nice and clean and very private. It was very slow in the area because of the weather but that just allowed us more freedom than usual(like not having to worry about getting a chaise lounge at the pool). The unit is very comfortable with everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. The owners were very pleasant to deal with(especially when the dates adjusted a little because of the hurricanes). We would highly recommend this unit!!!

We had planned on staying here the week of 9/19,which was our 35th Ann. A little storm named Ivan changed that. We were able to change our dates to the week of 10/16/04. You are always a little apprehensive when doing reservations over the internet, especially on a rental unit. Let me say this place is nicer than the pictures show! Everything was very clean! The views were great, the sunsets spectacular. I spoke with the owners of this unit {Anne} while changing our dates and she was such a warm person on the phone. I would highly reccommend the Dunes and this unit! You won't be dissappointed!
