My husband and I stayed in this BEAUTIFUL apartment when he was in Seattle for work. It was so nice that is has spoiled us for future rentals. Everything is just as advertised—very clean, nice furniture, well stocked kitchen and modern. The view from the apartment is much better than we expected. The bed was so comfy that we asked where they get their sheets. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one. It’s an easy walk to lots of local cafes and shops. There’s also a bus stop just down the street and we found Seattle public transportation to be clean and reliable. Highly recommend. Thank you, Cynthia and Melissa!

This is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Completely walkable to cafes (I'd recommend Top Pot, which is two blocks away), restaurants, shops, parks. Downtown Seattle is also walkable, and it's an easy bus to light-rail and from there to SeaTac. Staff lives in the building and is incredibly helpful/kind. I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

While the rental was a good place to stay, we had issues with there not being clean linens on the bed when we arrived. It took a couple of tries to get clean linens. There needs to be extra linens for the beds in the rental unit. Also, the water was turned off in the building for a while, and we were not given any notice by the managers of the unit. We would also like to see a dead bolt lock on the door. The location was near a grocery store and public transportation which was nice! Top Hut Donuts was great and just one block away. It's about a $10.00 cab ride to most destinations downtown.

Owner response: Ryan, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are very sorry about the water shut off. There was construction going on in an adjacent unit and in an emergency situation, the contractor had to turn off the water for few minutes without without notice. In a normal circumstance, residents would be given at least 24 hours' notice for any shut off. As far as the linens on the bed, we use only high thread count all white Egyptian cotton sheets and duvet covers. I believe we are the one of the few (if not the only) short term vacation rentals in Seattle that launders the duvet covers after every use. We also have the bed linens ironed. That said, we have instructed the cleaner to get rid of any sheets (no matter how clean) that have even the smallest mark on them. As I hope readers will be able to tell from our reviews, we are fanatics about cleanliness! Thank you, again for your feedback. It was a pleasure to host you!

We were very pleased to stay at this rental in Capitol Hill. The property is decorated lovely and is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. From the windows you can see the Space Needle and on a clear day Mt. Rainier. There are 2 televisions at this property. We were able to take public transportation from the airport. There is no need of a rental car if you will be in Seattle. We highly recommend this rental! Thanks

Absolutely perfect. Exactly as described. Owner was extremely helpful and personable in arranging everything for our stay and ensuring that we were looked after. We were privileged to be amongst the first to stay in this property. It is beautifully appointed - decor is modern, chic and super comfortable. The furnishings and inclusions are all first class. Very generous one-bedder - very comfortable and welcoming. The apartment has everything you need to make this as much your "home away from home" as your stay and your inclinations allow. We stayed for a month and did not find the apartment wanting in any way. Terrifically equipped kitchen - everything you need to self-cater, especially with a QFC just a 5 minute walk away. The location is superb - easy walking to the city, less than 30 minutes to Pacific Place, the major department stores and Pike Place. There is even fantastic coffee in the same street - don't miss Analog - the best coffee we have had in 8 trips to Seattle. Capitol Hill is a fascinating area, easy walking, great transport at the door and fantastic restaurants of every cuisine and price range within easy walks. We have stayed with our family in Seattle, on the other side of Capitol Hill, every other time we have visited and thought we knew the city pretty well, but we discovered wonderful new parts of this terrific city thanks to this location. We are a recently retired couple who love to travel and explore the cities we visit. This was a wonderful stay in a perfect apartment that enabled us to do everything with ease and to return "home" feeling very secure and comfortable. Recommended without reservation. We will be back.

Stayed here for two nights in September 2012. Fantastic location, close to Capitol Hill and great restaurants/nightlife. Convenient to transportation and downtown areas of interest as well. Property Manager was very friendly and helpful and provided excellent recommendations to local coffee shops, bars and restaurants - even checked in by text midway through the stay to ensure all was going well and to offer any help. The accomodation was as show, very clean and comfortable and with a great view. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

we stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and found it to be very comfortable, quiet and well located. The interior is exactly as it appears on the net. Kitchen is well stocked, the master bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed was perfect for our adult daughter. Best of all, you can't beat the location. Quiet residential area, with plenty of shops etc within waking distance. Bus stop only a short 5 minutes stroll away, if you want to go downtown. No need for a car; the bus was perfect. Nick was very helpful when we arrived late at night, and provided valuable information regarding the area facilities. Would stay here again.

This condo was absolutely pristine! It was well stocked with clean linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. It was very nicely renovated! The view of the city from the porch was much better than expected. The condo was close to everything on Capitol Hill, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The managers were very friendly and accommodating. We had to check out at noon on our last day, and we were scheduled to leave for the airport around 4:30; the manager let us use a storage room for our luggage so we didn't have to carry it with us around the city. I highly recommend this vacation rental and would stay here in the future!

Location was excellent. The area was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The only down side was the lounge room was very hot because of the lack of block out curtains and it made it difficult for sleeping for my son. Having come from a hot country we wanted to enjoy the fresh air and not have to put the air conditioner on each time to cool down the room. Other than this small issue we enjoyed ourselves. On the plus side, we found access to shops excellent and the trolley bus stopped just outside the apartment block.

Three of us stayed in this lovely, brand new, wonderfully modern spot in Capitol Hill and loved every minute of it. It's a quick walk to the main shopping strip, and to Volunteer Park, easy access to downtown, and a friendly doughnut and coffee stop (one of the local Top Pot chain) just a block away for early morning needs; a little further afield, but still comfortable walking distance, were the great shops and restaurants along Pike, Pine and Union (still in Capitol Hill), especially Skillet! The apt had everything we wanted (thanks especially for the laundry detergent, a nice touch!) and it made our whole trip a real pleasure. If we are back in Seattle, we'll be back on Summit Ave. THANKS!

My husband and I stayed for 12 nights. So comfy, so convenient. All arrangements went smoothly. Lori attended to our unplanned for needs with efficiency and with good humor. She had us on speed-dial and always answered quickly - and with our names! We ate every breakfast and most dinners in and found nothing lacking. Shopping was easy at the huge QFC four blocks up the hill at Broadway and Republican. We had a car for part of the time and were very grateful for the parking. Public transport was right outside the door (no noise due to the electric lines). The only issue for some would be the one or two flights of stairs. But the view is worth it, and there is no one overhead. Don't hesitate. One cannot do better!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment while on business in Seattle. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in because the unit was even nicer than the online photos depicted. The living room furniture was very comfortable and the unit was more spacious than expected. The kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous and the entire place was spotlessly clean! The best thing about this property however is its location. We were within walking distance to many of the fun cafes and shops in Capitol Hill. All in all, we had a fabulous stay and we would stay at this property again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend in Seattle. Each year we choose a different city to visit and this year it was Seattle's turn. This apartment is stunning! Of course, since everything is new, it is clean and perfect (I think we were like the 2nd people to stay there). The owner thought of everything we would need for a great stay. The bed was just right with great quality sheets. We flipped a coin for who had to stay on the sofa bed, but it was very comfortable, too with an inflatable mattress. We appreciated that they provided coffee and a bottle of wine. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. Capitol Hill is a great neighborhood for walking, shopping and eating. This apartment is also close to downtown, only about a 15 minute walk to the Pacific Place. I think this apartment sets a new standard for accommodation for our girls' weekends.

This is a brand new apartment and we were lucky to be one of the first ones to stay here. As you would expect, everything was super clean, and perfect. There is a view of the spaceneedle, which really made us feel as though we were on vacation! The decor is really really nice - comfortable and modern. The location is excelelnt and don't really have to rent a car as it's so close to the bus and Broadway Street. Our favorite activies were - Pike Place Market (took bus #14), Volunteer Park, Space Needle (so close!). We caught the bus to the Pike Place Market and walked back to the apartment. We really enjoyed the food in Seattle as well, particularly the Seafood! I also had a really good time shopping in Seattle - there was everything I wanted and got lots of great new shoes. I loved the piano-playing in the lobby the day I was there. Anyway - we had a great time in Seattle and ideal apartment. We are already talking about when we can come back and can certainly recommend it to others. The only downside is the shower door was not yet installed so they set up a temporary shower curtain. This was fine except it was hard to keep the bathroom floor from getting wet. The shower door is supposed to be installed soon. T
