  We enjoyed our stay at Sandypoint. the Villa is large and well equipped, with plenty of living space, laundry facilities and so on, the bedrooms were huge .The community is secure and quiet and the location is great just 15 mins or so from Disney and five mins from local supermarkets. The owner and manager were both very friendly and helpful. I would recomend the villa to others, the only point I would mention is that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, we have usually found that at least one is on the ground floor. It wasn't a problem for us but it may not be suitable for those with mobility problems.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We have stayed at several Florida vacation villa's over the years but this was our favourite. The location is great just 15/20 mins from Disney and close to a good selection of supermarkets and places to eat. The villa is in a gated community which was very peaceful, the neighbour was also the property manager and she was very friendly and helpful. Sandy point is furnished beautifully with lots of space for us all to spread out, you are provided with most things you need such as towels and bedding and just need to bring along a few basics of your own like washing liquid. I noticed there were also pushchairs if you needed one. The pool and jacuzzi were great, perfect after a hot day at the parks. The owner was incredibly helpful especially as we were travelling with a wrestling fan who wanted to see wrestlemania on TV, the owner gave us details of bars/pubs to try and find somewhere that showed it and when we couldn't come up with anywhere he arranged for us to view it on pay per view. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sandy point, it would be perfect for most families or groups although all of the bedrooms are upstairs which may not suit those with mobility problems .

  We were a little disappointed with the overall cleanliness of this house. There were numerous stains on the carpert and furniture. The outside furniture is stained and needs replaced. The house could use a deep cleaning and some updating. The home is quite large and in a good location, the pool was a great temperature and clean and we used it every day. The owner did contact us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. With a few exceptions our stay was very good and we will be renting another home in this area again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We do our very best to keep the villa as clean as possible at all times and in fact we do a deep clean frequently, as well as a thorough cleaning before each guest arrives. As you can read from all our past reviews, Sandy Point Villa is a well maintained home, that many guests have enjoyed staying at. Keeping the villa clean is a top priority for us. Although we do our very best to get carpet stains out, some are very stubborn and just will not go away no matter how hard we try. The owner and the management team at Sandy Point Villa want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so please let us know about any of your concerns when we contact you and we will do our very best to resolve the matter for you promptly. As for updating the Villa, everyone’s taste in décor is different; therefore our goal is to provide each guest with a home that is warm, welcoming and cozy.

  Six of us stayed in this house following a cruise. We found the house to be pretty and comfortable in a nice gated community. The pool and hot tub were heated to make them pleasant and inviting. The beds were very comfy. The home is located in an area close to many activities and attractions including Disney. Working with the owner was really a positive experience. He called several times during our visit to make sure everything was going well and we were happy with his home. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our stay was a totally good experience and we would recommend this house to anyone.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed our stay here so much we had a tough time leaving. Kish was wonderful throughout the entire process and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We are definitely thinking of making a return trip. Thank you for opening up your home to us and making my first time in Orlando a great memory!

  Our arrival date was Dec. 26,2012 through Jan 1,2013. We had to best experience ever. The house was very inviting and well managed. It was absolutely beautiful. The Owner Kish was amazing. He was considerate and allowed me to make special arraignments for my special needs daughter. He took the time to call and make sure we were happy with the accommodations.   My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay at Sandy Point Villa. Kish was wonderful to deal with. He answered all my questions promptly and very accurately. The house was exceptional. Huge rooms! The pool was wonderful and perfectly heated. I was able to cook Thanksgiving dinner with all the dishes available. We loved the layout of the house so much that I sketched a floorplan to keep for our next house!!! I will definitely recommend this house to anyone planning on going to Orlando area. Oh, and the drive to Disney was very minimal! Thank you, Kish for making our first family trip to Disney truly magical.

  The villa was amazing! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and it has it's own private pool and spa. The home was very clean and the decor was lovely. Disney parks were only about 15-20 minutes away. Communication with the owner of the villa was wonderful and the manager of the property was right next door in case we needed anything. The pool area had alarms on the doors which was great since we had small children with us. The driveway is very long so we could easily fit all 3 of our vehicles on it. Sandy Point Villa will be the first place we check for availability on our next trip to Disney World :)

  This was a lovely home, very clean with plenty of room. Having stayed in other villas on this holiday, this was by far the best, with clean bedding, air con set just right, clean pool, child friendly furniture (all these were problems for us in other villas) The owner KIsh, made us feel very welcome by phoning us to see if everything was ok on our arrival day....a lovey touch. Thanks KIsh! Disney parks were 10 mins away and Walmarts was just across the road. The home was in a gated community and was very tranquil. We would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

  We had a great time on our Disney vacation staying at the Villa. The Villa was as advertised and was more than comfortable for our family of four. If you are planning a Disney vacation you can stay at a private home with pool for much less than the cheapest Disney resort. Great location only 20 minutes from Disney parks and close to shopping and dining. Clubhouse was very nice with friendly staff. Kish the owner is great to work with and even called to make sure our stay was going well. Would be nice to have little things like salt/pepper, trash bags, dishwash detergent supplied but it is made clear up front that you are responsible for providing. Certainly no big deal as you will go to the store anyway but would be a nice bonus. Gameroom a nice feature. George Foreman electric grill is supplied but there are no outlets outside so you have to cook in the gameroom. If you are wanting to grill alot I would suggest purchasing a small charcoal grill on your own. All in all, I would highly recommend this villa and give it a thumbs up!

Luckily, the Walmart is a couple of minutes up the road and you can buy supplies there since it is a self catering villa. As you experienced, it sure is nice to have a home and pool to come to after long days at the parks instead of a hotel room. If you are driving to Sandy Point Villa, you can also bring some of those key essentials with you from your own home. There is an outlet for the grill in the backyard, but we will mark it clearer so it is more visible. When we visit the villa, we always use our empty shopping bags as garbage bags - a good way to reuse them! We look forward to seeing you back again at Sandy Point Villa!
