Our mountain style condo is situated in a wooded gated community of Incline Village L'Ermitage, Incline Village NV. The bedrooms and two full baths are located on the first floor with the great room on the second floor which is the living room, kitchen and dining room with open beamed vaulted ceilings. Half bath and laundry upstairs too.
You'll find everything you need is provided for a quiet and relaxing stay.
New flat screen TV's are in the living room and master bedroom, free wireless internet access, full size dining area and extra seating at the kitchen bar.
In the summer you'll love relaxing on the deck and enjoying the peace and quiet of a forest atmosphere. You'll enjoy all the activities that the most beautiful lake in the world can provide along with dining, entertaiment, and gaming. In the winter you'll have all the winter activities you can possibly imagine.

Two queen bedrooms. These bedrooms share a full bath. All beds are comfy with all down bedding and luxury linens. Nice cozy flannel for winter months..Down pillows. Down comforters.Fluffy white towels and even shampoo provided....
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare those gourmet meals! Full dining room with six chairs and four barstools at counter. Deck off of dining area. New berber carpet . Condo has soft new paint colors and lovely art adorn the walls.

This condo is the perfect weekend retreat for Memorial Day and it's immaculate, beautiful and organized! They provide everything (except food of course). We went to Burnt Cedar Beach ($12 for adult and $4 for kid) and they have Olympic-size pool, restaurant serve awesome food and drinks, with great view of the lake which is one of the most serene, cleanest, bluest lake in the world! The beach area is one of the most beautiful view overlooking the mountainst w/ snow caps. We ate dinner at The Bite (awesome ahi & lobster sliders) and Tomatoos Italian; also you can't leave Incline Village without having breakfast at The Log Cabin Cafe! We'll definitely staying here on our next weekend getaway!Owner response: Thank you for the great review. We love staying at the Condo and Incline Village, as a matter of fact we'll be going up there very soon. We are always trying to make enhancements to the condo and make it as comfortable as possible.

The pictures posted do not do this beautiful condo justice! My husband and I and our two friends stayed here over New Years and we had a wonderful time. The condo has everything you could possibly need. A nice open floor plan upstairs allows everyone to stay connected and together. The beds were comfortable with nice, good quality linens keeping you warm and toasty at night. The easy to operate gas fireplace was wonderful to sit by as we looked outside at the lovely snow covered landscape. Also close to shopping and resturants, and about 10 min from the CA/NV boarder, this condo is ideally located. Everything you need is there, and the cable TV and wireless internet are a big big plus! We definitely want to return for our next visit to tahoeRecommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We found this condo perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The owner and rental agent were very helpful, and took care of all our questions and issues. The unit was just as described and pictured on the VRBO site, and was well located. We were able to walk to the beach and the Hyatt Hotel which has some nice amenities - these were both less than a mile away. This was our first visit to Tahoe, and we were were very happy to be in Incline Village. We enjoyed the town beach, and the large supermarket was 5 minutes away. The shopping center had a number of restaurants and other shops. For a more upscale meal, we enjoyed Soule Domain which is about 15 minutes away in Crystal Bay. The condo is less than 1 hour from Reno - Tahoe airport. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to a friend.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

My husband and I spent one week here with one other couple and it was great. There was plenty of room. The condo was very clean, had exceptional quality linens as well as anything you might need to prepare a meal. The location is quiet and relaxing and very close to several nice beaches. It was easy to find, close to a grocery store and not far at all from the main drag where the restuarants and shops are. I would definitely return or recommend to a friend or relative.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
