If you are looking for the perfect beach vacation for your family, look no further! Our three-bedroom, two-bath condominium has everything you and your family need for a relaxing or exciting Florida vacation... it is all up to you.

Cocoa Beach is less than one hour from the Orlando Airport, Disney World, Universal Studios, and fabulous shopping - both luxury and outlet malls. Watch space shuttle and rocket launches from your wraparound, corner balcony. Walk across the street to mail your postcards to your envious friends and family at the post office. Or pop over to the local library across the street for that book you have been dying to read and just pull up your beach chair in the sand and soak in our glorious Florida sun.

We consider our condominium our second home and it is furnished and decorated as such. There are over 1,700 sqare feet for you and your friends and family to enjoy in this light and airy apartment. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own recently renovated bathroom and large walk-in closet. It also has its own sliding glass door to the large wraparound balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and stylish furniture. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a large dresser. All the furnishings and linens you need and love at home to be comfortable will be waiting for you here... high thread-count linens, cooking utensils, and appliances, two televisions, DVD, two VCRs, washer and dryer inside, one-car garage with remote, and heated swimming pool with clubhouse. We can even provide you with a portable crib for your baby or toddler, upon request.

Once you have stayed in our condominium, you will not want to stay anywhere else. We are just south of the crowded hotel beaches... local surfers love our spot for the waves. We love it for the tranquility.
