We have stayed at this town home a few times now and it never fails to make our winter trip to Florida more comfortable. The place is clean, spacious, and near to all that Florida has to offer. We enjoyed walking around the development (the neighbors are very friendly) and using the heated pool. The kitchen has all new appliances and the home is nicely decorated. It is situated near great beaches (Boynton, Delray and Fort Lauderdale to name a few). The shopping and dining are also great in this area. The owners are very easy to deal with. We'll be back!Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

We came to Florida to celebrate Grandy's 100th birthday. We chose this condo because it was close to the airport, close to the beaches, close to shopping and still within an hour of Grandy's house and gave us a quiet place to come 'home' to, and plenty of room to spread out so we weren't under each other's feet. We had a marvelous time. The condo was ideal. It was clean, spacious, and truly made us feel like we were at a 'home away from home.' We could cook our own meals, wash clothes whenever we needed to, sleep, watch t.v., play games, swim, etc. We could not have asked for a better experience. The owner was super easy to work with. We wouldn't hesitate renting from them again. In fact, we look forward to it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

We like this area because it is near some of the best beaches on the east coast such as Boynton, Delray & Deerfield Beaches. 25 min. to Ft. Lauderdale and 45 min. to Miami Beach. We also like that it is near great shopping and night life, there is always something to do.
