At Casa Borinquen del Mar (CBM) we strive to make your family vacation memorable by providing you with a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath ocean view villa that features ample space to easily accommodate up to 8 guests.
Among some of the highlights of this 5 star rated property are the full service kitchen with complimentary “welcome refreshments” for our guests, as well as a family entertainment room with cable TV and free high speed wireless internet access, laundry facilities with detergent, dining room, living room and two outdoor balconies to admire the beautiful scenery.
The home has graciously hosted wedding anniversaries, birthday parties, honeymoon vacations, and once in a lifetime family reunions. CBM has a total of 5 beds (3 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds). For your convenience, we currently have a professional grade wall mounted A/C unit located in the master bedroom.

First off the pictures do not do the house justice. Although this sounds cliche its true. The house is huge and it has almost all you'd need. We did bring lots of our own personal items like soap, shampoo, towels, and toothpaste but there was some already provided for us. The kitchen has state of the art appliances. The furniture is nice as well as the decor of the house. And most importantly the location is gorgeous. It is close to the beach, airport, supermarket, and the main highway that gets you around the island. We have been to PR many times but never had we had such a goodtime like this past visit. With such a big house, quite neighborhood (other than the airplanes), and things being within minutes, it was perfect. So perfect, I can definetely see myself moving or retiring in Aquadilla. I loved everything about my stay. I am already planning a second trip next year with my family. And another plus, when I called Luis with questions he responded promptly. He was more than helpful. We (family of 5) arrived on 3/10/12 around 4pm to the home.Directions to the home are spot on and very easy to arrive to.House is as described.Absolutly beautiful.Beatiful kitchen with modern appliances.There was even a pack of real Puertorrican coffee there for us to enjoy.Rooms are spacious and the Master bedroom is crazy huge with a balcony that gives you some oceanviews while the sun is up.Just wished there were a few chairs in the balconies to enjoy the sunsets and cool breezes flowing around the house.House is gated for privacy if you feel the need to have some.The backyard is huge and lawn is very nice.Perfect if you would like to have an afternoon BBQ.Met the caretaker(who lives right across the street,Mr.Florencio.One of the nicest people I have met)Never in your face,but always there when you need him.House is in so close to some of the most beatiful beaches in PR.Jobos beach is less than 10 minutes away,Crashboat Beach 20 mins,Punta Borinquen,15 mins.Plenty of restaurants around the area(theres one down the block that makes an amazing Mofongo) and plenty areas to buy supplies or clothing if needed. All in all,best place I have stayed in PR in a very long time.Dont hesitate,just go for it.You will not regret it.Unless you rather spend a week in a HoJo with your kids in a double room with no privacy and at a higher rate.....
