Spacious Oceanside cottage 1 house away from beach with private beach access. Large family friendly kitchen opens to a large entertaining room and private back yard patio and pool.
Large master bedroom with king size bed, Jacuzzi tub, and large walk in closets. Bedroom patio doors open to a large second story balcony overlooking the front.
Two upstairs guest rooms share a jack and Jill style large bathroom, both with queen size beds. Downstairs guest bedroom has private bath and king sized bed.
Private backyard with heated private pool and entertaining area.
Pet friendly fenced in back yard will keep your pets secure. Pool may be heated at renter’s request.
We're on 30th street, ocean side, so that's about 2 miles from the beach club and cloister. There are bike paths down to the club. We also have a private beach access on our street as well, and if your not familar with the island, at high tide, you loose the beach, except at the beach club.
We can make temporary membership cards available for access to the beach club and sports such as golf and tennis. (See below for details). This gives you full access to all of the beach club and cloister ammenities.
The house has 4 bed, upstairs is a king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the guest rooms that share a jack and jill style full bath. Downstairs has a king and a full bath.

Resort temporary membership rates (please call or email for details)
For summer, membership cards for the beach club and Cloister are $300/wk per adult and a minimum of 2 adult cards. Children 1- to 21 are $95/wk. This is very different than last summer so I want to make renters aware of the changes. For weekly stays, we pick up the 2 adult cards.
Additional cards, just let me know in advance and I can submit the requests.

Our family had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 4 nights. The home was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The proximity to the beach was very convenient. Loved having our own private, heated pool.The owner was very attentive and accomodating.We would definitely recommend a stay in this home and hope to visit again soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great place for family beach side vacation. Owner was very helpfull and the place was stocked with everything you needed. Hope to rent again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
