Our Family had a Great time in Tahoe! This property was very clean and well maintained and exactly as described on VRBO. Every floor of this 3 floor condo had its own bathroom, which made it very easy for our multi family group to spread out and have privacy where we needed it. Our kids loved the bedrooms with the feeling of home. The open kitchen and dining also made it easy to cook at home instead of going out. Large flat screen tv and each room had its own theme with beautiful decor. The snow was amazing and skiing was perfect. The property was conveniently located to downtown and just minutes away from grocery stores and the Lake. Everything was perfect for our family vacation! Owners were a pleasure to work with. We checked in and out with the caretaker and had no issues. We were given warm wishes to enjoy our stay and to have a safe trip home. Our deposit was fully refunded. We have stayed at several homes in Tahoe, this by far was the "BEST" condo we have ever vacationed in. We will definitely return to this condo! Thank You......Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

We arrived to what I thought was a nice place- tried washing my hands in bathroom and drain was broken (which I fixed), tried taking a shower and could not get warm water, finally realized the hot was cold and cold was hot! the water pressure was horrible. Beds in bottom rooms very uncomfortable and rooms cold, rooms upstairs too hot when we turned on heater to warm the bedrooms downstairs. Tried closing locking the door when checking out having trouble phone local contact twice finally had to call owener. Did everying on the check out list (vacumining was not on it) then am told they are keeping my deposit because I didn't vacuum- bathroom rack was broken when we arrived- towels were on the toliet tank (was accused of breaking towel tack), pink stains on sheets where my 4 year old slept and stain on carpet- we didn't even eat in the unit besides soup and donuts. Owner depoisted refund check before attemping to contact me- sent email explaining the above and never recieved a response- Think they need a NEW inspector and should talk to the renter before stealing thier deposit.Owner response: As the owners of the property we want to respond to the comments above. When the unit is rented we collect a damage deposit. We pay for the unit to be inspected before and after a rental so we can understand if there is any damage. Like all rental properties, when the unit is damaged by a tenant, we reserve the right to apply this damage deposit to the cost of the repairs. This is what happened in this instance. In this case the damage incurred caused us to secure a contractor on an emergency basis and have our cleaning person spend overtime to get the unit back to its original condition. The damage deposit in this case was $100. I can assure you this did not cover the expense incurred to repair the unit. We have taken the comment regarding the temperature differential between floors to heart. As such we have installed insulation under the sub floor which should mitigate this going forward.

We stayed here for a few days right after Christmas. The townhouse is conveniently located to Heavenly Village and casinos. We had no snow, but we did enjoy being able to walk to shops, casinos, restaurants, spas, movie theater, etc.. The unit is laid out and furnished to be very comfortable for a group with private bedrooms and a nice-sized living room for gathering together. We found everything we needed in the unit for cooking, playing games, watching T.V., and, generally, having an enjoyable relaxing trip. We would like to return when there is snow to take advantage of proximity to ski resorts. Finding the home and checking in were very easy. A nice townhouse and a good value.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
