Tthis was my third visit at "A Pair O Docs".Everytime I go, I wonder why I don't go more often. This was the perfect place for a perfect get-a-way with my husband. Everything is so clean and comfortable, you never want to leave. It has everything you need if you choose to eat in, or there are lots of choices if you want to eat out. Lots of fun shopping near by. Fantastic walking/running/biking trail along 30A. The owner was such a delight to work with. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends.My husband is already tlking about bringing our children and grandchildren next time. My favorite time was time spent on the beach, which is only a short walk away.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

What a wonderful fall break! The location of this home is perfect - walking distance to beach without having to worry about young children crossing a busy street. Heated pool in complex allowed for swimming even if gulf waters were chilly. The house furnishings were comfortable. My 6 year old loved the fish going through the wall :-) Owners are GREAT and very easy to work with! Recommend this property highly!

Fabulous Family Friendly Beach Retreat

All the needs we have to vacation as a family are met in this property. The location was exactly where we expected and the photo was spot on. Any and all questions we had were answered promptly. The place was very clean and well-maintained. We actually were returning renters having stayed here last summer. I would recommend this property to friends or family. It is close to several good restuarants such as Goat Feathers and Nick's. Also, grocery shopping is very convienent to both the new Wal-Mart and Publix. We will most likely return if the week we need next year is available!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was our 3rd stay at "A Pair O Docs in Paradise" and as always, everything was wonderful. The weather was great, the water was great and the house had everything we needed. We used the kitchen alot this year and anything we needed was there. Everything about the house is comfort and relaxation. We went to Destin several times and I had forgotten just how close it is to the house. We also found our way in to Seaside several times, and again, so close. This is just the best location! We will definitely be back for our 4th stay before too long.

Charming Comfortable Home close to Gorgeous Beach!

Thanks for the chance to stay in your wonderful house! The house was spacious and cozy at the same time. The kids loved the roomy bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and the big balconies off each bedroom offered even more space to spread out. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful master suite with its big bathroom, huge closets, and big comfy bed! The kitchen was well equipped, and the living area had the most comfortable couches. The decorations were so cheery and the house was very clean. We had one maintenance issue, and the repair man came within a few hours--wish I could get that kind of efficient response around my house! The neighborhood was charming with a great swimming pool with lots of space, even a large covered patio area to escape the sun for a little while. The beach was so close we could hear the ocean, and the beach was absolutely amazing. It was nice to have a lifeguard on duty, and to have so much open beach space in the middle of June! Santa Rosa was also very charming, and with a new super Walmart and a Publix grocery store within a few miles, we didn't even need to go far from the house! We would love to stay here next time we come to Florida! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We arrived on December 26 for a visit with my parents and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us and we all were able to have our own sides of the first floor for privacy and the upstairs is so nicely furnished to accomodate a small or even large group. We just loved our stay and hope to come back again soon!

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend at Pair O' Docs in Paradise. The house was very clean, comfortable, and attractive. We had plenty of room for our family. The neighborhood was within walking distance to the beach and the pool was clean and uncrowded. We look forward to staying here again.

Thanks A Pair O Docs for helping make our vacation great. We arrived Saturday afternoon with much anticipation and were not disappointed. The home was nice and cool when we walked in and ready for us to start our vacation. We enjoyed a brisk walk around the neighborhood along with our morning and evening walks on the beach. We spent about as much time at the pool as we did at the beach. Both were great! We look forward to our next trip

My sister and I stayed here in May for 1 week and then the next week my daughter was married in Santa Rosa Beach and some of our guests stayed in this house. We all loved the house. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was just a short walk to the very nice and well maintained beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and also within walking distance to the Gulf Trace area which had restaurants and some shopping. The owner was very pleasant to work with . I highly recommend this rental property and plan on going back myself.

My family stayed at "A Pair of Docs" in May 2009. We thought the place was charming and the neighborhood was great. The home was clean and the kitchen was fully functioning. Santa Rosa Beach is quiet yet there is fabulous shopping and dining close by in Destin, Seaside and Grayton. There are several restaraunts within walking distance that are terrific as well. Draper lake was fun for my kids and a break from the beach when they needed it.Rent a bike and explore! It was a great trip. Thanks so much

Our staff had a wonderful time staying at A Pair O Docs! The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a relaxing, fun vacation. A short walk takes you to the beautiful white sandy beach or to the neighborhood pool. We loved it!!

My son and I had a wonderful stay at A Pair O Docs. He had never seen the ocean before and I could not have asked for a better first time experience for him. We loved being away from the crowds and spending lots of time at the beach. Gulf Place was perfect for morning coffee, shopping, and restaurants. Our home away from home was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back! This was paradise!

We researched a long time to find the perfect place and we found it here. We traveled from OK and I would definitely do the drive again next year. We had 5 in our group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and convenience of the beach. I would definitely recommend you to stay here. It is safe, well kept and clean. Words cannot express how much we appreciate you sharing your lovely beach house to us for our vacation "close to home". The Old Florida Village Cottage Community is wonderful and the beach is gorgeous, not to mention very peaceful. We would love to visit again, especially as our family grows! We have 5 year old twins who absolutely LOVE the beach and the pool. They had so much fun swimming in the pool and the "lake". The house was perfect. We had grandparents who visited and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The neighborhood is so quiet! We just loved it and plan to be back as soon as we can!

My two best friends and I get together every April to relax from busy work schedules and all of life's demands. They fly in from Ohio and look forward to letting life's cares drift away on Florida's most wonderful stretch of beach. While we have stayed at several locations A Pair of Docs was our favorite by far! Tucked just off of 30-A you are close to all of the great restaurants, shopping, and activities the area has to offer. You can't ask for a more tranquil and serene place to vacation!

Pair of Docs, What a wonderful time we had last week Oct. 8-12 in your lovely cottage! The neighborhood is so nice and we really enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Shopping was fun at Gulfview and Seaside and Grayton Beach. The weather was perfect!!!!! Our grandchildren (12 & 14) and their parents also enjoyed the time SO MUCH!!!! What a beautiful home and beach retreat. We are so happy we found this little spot of heaven tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood setting. The beach was amazing with crystal clear water. What a beautiful home and wonderful vacation retreat! We had such a fabulous time at Pair O' Docs this past week! The decor was just gorgeous and so warm and inviting. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips and couldn't ask for more! The location was great - near many cute shops in Seaside and also near great restaurants. We wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your house August 14-21. It was the perfect end to a very hectic summer. Close enough to anything you would want to do, but quiet and peaceful. Your house is beautiful, and the location is superb. We would get up in the morning, eat some breakfast, and then go and spend a couple of hours at the beach (both the 7 and 17 year old). We would all just float in the water and play. We would head back for lunch and hang out at the pool or go out and do some exploring in the afternoon. We spent some evenings back down at the beach. We highly recommend your home to anyone looking for a beach location, and we hope to get back there next year. It is now our favorite Florida beach location.

We stayed at Pair O Docs April 23rd through 30th. The house is perfect, clean, well decorated, great location, and a view of the beach. If you have not visited Santa Rosa Beach, do! It is far from the crowded beaches of Destin but still close to great shopping (Seaside) and even better restraunts. Definitely visit Cafe Tango, only a five minute walk from the house. The beach is like your own, we never saw more than 4 or 5 other families, and it is only a block away. We are picky about where we stay and highly recommend this house and town. We will be back.
