  The condo was absolutely perfect. I was competing west in georgetown, sc at the 2013 US Open and this worked out incredibly well for us. The view was breathtaking, the pools were relaxing and being on a golf course- just another bonus. Pawley's Island has plenty of shopping and boutiques. We headed down to Charleston for a concert and it was a simple and easy drive. The kitchen included everything we thought we might need, the porch was soothing and the couches are to die for! Thanks again and all the best!!

  My husband and I rented this unit with golf in mind. There are plenty of great courses in the near vicinity. The unit is actually located on the True Blue course. There was a great view of the fairway from the balcony if you enjoy watching golfers play by. The unit was comfortable and clean. We were given phone numbers to call locally if emergency service was needed. The area has all the conveniences that one might need---restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. The owners are very special people themselves. They seem very hands on. If you have a question anywhere along the process, they will take the time to answer you in a timely fashion. They even gave us special consideration for a situation we found ourselves in. It is definitely a place we would return to!!!!

  We loved staying here. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Loved Pawley's Island old-timey feel. Restaurants that we tried were soooo good! Chive Blossom, Quigleys, The Diner...all delicious! We will come back!

  THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD CONDO.I FOUND UNIT TO BE VERY,VERY NICELY FURNISHED AND DECORATED,COMFORTABLE, AND SPARKLING CLEAN.ALL APPLIANCES WERE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. GREAT VIEW OF FAIRWAY. WILL STAY HERE IN FUTURE AND WILL RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS

  My brother and I rented this condo for our Spring golf getaway during the first week of April 2012. I could not be more pleased with our choice. The condo is spotless and includes everything needed for a stay. We did not use any of the kitchen appliances, pots and pans, etc. except for the coffee maker as we ate out every meal, but they were there and looked new. The sheets, towels, indoor furniture, patio furniture, washer, dryer, etc. were excellent. I have rented a number of condos using VRBO, both in the USA and abroad, and this condo earns a 5 star rating. Pawley's Island is located 20-30 minutes south of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach and retains much of the charm and grace of the old South. The location of the condo is on True Blue Golf Course which is in the middle of the nicest golf course complexes of Pawley's Island. We played Tradition, Heritage, River Club and Willbrook Plantation and it didn't take more than 10 minutes to get to any of them. We ate breakfast every morning at the clubhouse at True Blue. It was very good and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. The owner lives in New Jersey, but is very accessible by phone, text or email. He is very gracious and obviously wanted us to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. He has a local property manager in the unlikely event of a problem who is equally accessible and very responsive to questions, etc. I believe in giving credit where it is due and this condo has earned high marks from me. I would definately recommend it to family and friends.
