We stayed here the first 2 weeks of February for a ski vacation. Loved Frisco, the location, and the condo. It's all that's advertised and more. What you don't see from the photos is the charm of this very livable space. From the nicely stocked kitchen utensils, comfortable bed, attractive decorative touches to the fireplace, we enjoyed it all. It's a short walk to the many excellent shops, restaurants and bars on Main St. We'll try to book this condo on our next trip to Summit County.

Stayed there for 9 nights in January, 2012. Great location, convenient to all ski areas and walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Condo was very clean and had everything needed for basic comfort. I was on a ski vacation, so I mainly needed a clean, quiet place to crash after a full day on the slopes and this completely filled my needs. I will definitely consider staying here again. Alysyn was very prompt and courteous and everything about the condo was as advertised. Great value!

Very nice condo! Clean, comfortable and cozy for our winter break! The kitchen is stocked and has every utensil you can think. We also took advantage of the board games and dvd's while using the fireplace. The condo is spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The location is perfect. You can walk to everything! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the convenience of being downtown. No driving to get to good food & drink options. Able to ride our bikes from the condo to bike path. Nice condo, so much better than a hotel.

Thank you, thank you, *thank you* for another memorable Frisco BBQ Challenge weekend - your condo is the best :) Steps from Main Street, all of the convenience but none of the noise *and* all of the niceties a renter could ask for! My wife and I stayed in this property for a week in Feb 2011. It was "home base" for us during a skiing trip to Summit County. Very convenient to all ski areas and within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and the free Summit Stage bus system. We also enjoyed using the outdoor hot tub on the property. We never encountered anyone else in it so it was like having our own private hot tub. The heated floors were marvelous on the feet in the cold weather and the furnishings were very comfortable and had that "at home" feeling. Would we consider staying there again? Absolutely!! The only reason we would hestiate recommending it is very selfish in that we want it to be our little secret place so it will be available when we want to return. But then that would not be fair to Alyson. She was wonderful and very helpful when we were inquiring about it and deciding if we wanted to stay there. So if you are interested you need to book it before some one else does otherwise you may miss out on the true gem of place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in January, and I highly recommend it. The close proximity to several world-class ski centres was a high point for us. The condo is cute, very clean, quiet, well-appointed, and comes with free parking and access to a hottub. Although we were only 2 people, it is large enough to be quite comfortable for 4. The town of Frisco is charming; great restaurants and coffee shops and a sporting goods store that offers reduced prices on lift tickets. Everything is within walking distance from the condo. If you are skiers, check this one out!!!

Two of us just spent 4 nights in this condo and were very happy. It is everything as advertised and much more. It is very convenient, clean, updated and well appointed. The kitchen has just about every utensil you could want. The hot tub is also only steps away and kept at a very nice temp. Both bathrooms are also quite large and there is ample room to spread out. Although it is one bedroom, it feels larger than many 2 bedrooms I have stayed in. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice, I've been staying in Frisco for the pass 14 years and stay at many condos and this is one of the best. We ski Copper Mountian. This town is great and dinning is great to. Love it.

summer 2010 rental

I rented this condo for July and August, 2010 to see the area and to get out of the Fl. heat. It was a very good choice. Frisco is well located and close to many nearby towns, The condo was, comfortable, very well provisioned and also well located. I would not hesitate to rent it again should I go to the area.I rated it as good but if I had the flexibility I would have checked very good--Very hard to get an excellant rating out of me.

All I have to say is … thank you, thank you, thank you for the use of your fabulous condo!! Perfectly situated, and perfectly furnished with all the luxuries and the little touches that make a place feel so comfortable. Frisco hosted a big ol’ party the Thursday night we checked in, and we couldn’t even hear the racket, what a bonus even before we saw the mountains at sunrise. I’ll recommend it to all our friends, but only if they pinky-swear not to book it during the BBQ Challenge next year ‘cause we’d love to return! Oh, and we’re actively hunting those dispensers you have in both the bathrooms, those *rock*!

Perfect Frisco Condo

Your Frisco condo was the perfect set up for my husband and me. It was comfortable, well stocked with so many extras, and delightfully decorated as a mountain getaway. The location was great for parking the car and walking to restaurants and shopping. I, especially, enjoyed the museum and historical village across the street. Frisco is centrally located, making it convenient to drive or bus to the surrounding ski areas.

7/24-8/1 2009 AWESOME PLACE, Very clean and everything was as promised. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Frisco. Just go downstairs and walk down main street.. Great mountain views.. Will be back to stay again soon.

My daughter and I had a great time at this Frisco condo. Winter was still in control, lots of new snow and excellent skiing. Frisco is well-located to ski Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Vail and even Beaver Creek. The condo was perfect for us, very spacious (unlike some I have rented at Keystone), quiet, and well-equipped throughout. There were enough good restaurants in Frisco (more than I remembered) that we ate all of our dinners within a few blocks.

This Frisco condo is very clean, very comfortable, and nicely furnished. Excellent location in downtown Frisco, close to restaurants and bike paths, etc. We rented for two weeks and it was a perfect condo for us. Two full bathrooms, one with shower and one with jacuzzi tub. Large queen comfortable log bed in bedroom. Small balcony off the bedroom. Gas fireplace in living room. Two TVs, one in living room area and one in bedroom. Internet access. Washer and dryer in condo. Work out room and outside hot tub down the hall. Parking space right outside building. Highly recommend. Also good communication from owner. We could not have been happier.

My sister and I had a great time in Frisco! We loved the condo - perfect size and TWO FULL baths for the TWO of us - sweet! The condo was great - very comfortable and nicely decorated. The two bathrooms were a huge plus! If you're susceptible to olfactory influences - watch out! The open windows let in not only the breeze but the wonderful aroma from the Log Cabin Cafe directly below us. What a great way to wake up!

The place is great! The pictures in this website do not do the condo justice. There are two full bathrooms, one of which has an awesome jetted tub. The location is great since it is on Main Street, has a breakfast stop downstairs and several restaurants and a convenient store adjacent. We have been twice and will continue to visit to go skiing yearly.

Great location and comfortable accomodations! The condo was perfect for my 2 friends and I. The pull out is quite cozy and kitchen and living area perfect for a weekend away from home. We especially enjoyed the heated tile floors on chilly winter mornings. I highly recommend this condo as well as a dinner out at "Samplings" down the street. Excellent food and wine. Enjoy your stay!

This was a very comfortable condo and well equipped with easy access to all the stores and cafes in Frisco. We were there for the Colorado BBQ Challenge held on Main street right outside our door. This made a fantastic center for our travels in Summit County. There are lots of activities here in the summer.

This is a great condo. During ski season it is just a block away from the bus stop to Copper Mountain. We rented this condo from a previous owner and are just as statisfied with the present owner. We will rent from Alyson again.
