Professionally decorated, and furnished comfortably, by one of the leading designers on Lake Norman - with a lake & beach theme in mind - creates a very relaxed atmosphere and offers the best incomfort, luxurious casual elegance, and enjoyment. Our vacation property is a 6000 square foot, 3-level, quality luxury estate. It even comes with an elevator!! – making it a perfect place for a family vacation for those of all ages. Gorgeous sunsets, deep year-round water, a huge and private double-decker dock accessed by a walkway with no steps, luxurious furnishings, well equipped game room, and a large feature-packed spa are just a few of the many very special amenities. Very spacious and easily sleeps up to 30 guests with 8 bedrooms and 8 convertibles (3 queen sleepers, 3 full sleepers, and 2 twin sleepers). The property has 4 full baths, 4 half baths, and offers plenty of activities, indoors and out, for relaxation and fun. It is conveniently located less than 5 minutes away from everything you could need or want (supermarkets, shopping, fine dining, and cinemas, etc.) – and yet is situated in an extremely relaxing, pastoral, and private location. Also very close by boat to many of the lakeside restaurants and marinas.
The vacation theme accent sets your vacation in motion from the moment you step inside. The main entrance brings you into a large foyer which opens the home up to the great room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and elegant tile, brick, and wrought-iron outdoor terrace. The home has comfortable seating in all the family areas with the dining room table seating 8, the breakfast table for 6, and the kitchen bar seating area, as well as additional seating on the terrace just off of the kitchen with tables, chairs, and a gas grill. The main level master bedroom is a king bedroom suite - having a full-size sleeper, fireplace, and huge luxurious master bath. Down the hallway is the entrance to the game room area and garage. The great room and game room areas have queen sleepers.
The top level of the home has a 2nd master bedroom with a king bed, full size sleeper, and masterbath. Bedrooms 3,4,5 are private bedrooms with queen beds. Bedroom 5 also has a twin sleeper. Bedroom 6 is a large loft bedroom with a queen bedroom suite with privacy screening. There is an additional full bath in the hall.
The lower level has a 2nd full kitchen with all top of the line appliances including: a Viking six burner professional range with twin convection ovens, flat top griddle, and a grill, a huge Viking commercial size refrigerator, commercial ice maker, a Viking warming drawer, granite counters, to name only a few. The adjacent bar area has a gorgeous copper and glass counter and includes seating for 10, table area seating 8, and another table seating 5. Also on the lower level is a lounge, which has a 3rd gas fireplace with comfortable seating and one full and one twin sleeper in the group. Bedroom 7 is another beautiful master bedroom with a queen bedroom suite and queen sleeper and has an ensuite bath. Also on this level is bedroom 8 – a queen bedroom suite. All bedrooms have 32” flat screen TV’s and wireless internet access.
The lower level opens up to the backyard and the lake. Just outside the door is a beautiful covered outdoor tiled patio with an elegant and inviting seating area - and table and dining seating for an additional 6 also just step away is a large 6-person Coleman lounger spa. A sidewalk from the patio leads to the lakeshore, with a very gentle slope and no steps. At the lakefront there is a gazebo,additional outdoor seating, and a huge fire-pit for nighttime fires under the stars. Also at lakefront is the 1000 square foot private dock with room for 3 large boats and docking stations for 2 jet skis. The dock has an enormous 2nd level sun/party deck - which is like a stage overlooking the panoramic main channel, with lots of seating and chaise lounges for taking in the sun or just relaxing by the water.

All I can say is, “Wow!” The house was amazing and luxurious, from the state of art commercial style kitchen to the beautifully appointed rooms. I especially enjoyed direct access to the lake from the covered dock, all the outdoor seating areas, the complimentary kayaks and winding up our evenings with a bonfire and a relaxing soak in the top notch hot tub. This was our MOST memorable family vacation ever. We’re going to make this a yearly tradition. Hold a spot for us, we’ll definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

"Luxury on the Lake" is an amazing place. From the moment we arrived - it was a fabulous and relaxing experience. My wife and I rented the house for a small family get-together - we couldn't have chosen a better place for the event. The house was luxurious, the property and grounds were lovely, the service was tremendous, and the view - absolutely spectacular. How beautiful it was to wake up every morning sipping coffee quietly on the veranda, and watching the sunset at night. As I mentioned, the house was beautiful with lovely furnishings and decorations. I didn't feel it was a rental property, but rather felt like I was visiting my rich uncle's lake house. Wow, two kitchens - one of them a chef's kitchen with professional Viking equipment including infrared heating shelves and warming drawers. Commercial ice maker to load up our coolers before heading out on the boat. The master bathroom - a dream; heated floors, television, towel warming drawer, large jetted soaking tub, shower to die for (rainforest shower head with lots of body sprays too). The description of the house doesn't do it justice because there are simply too many features and upgrades to mention. The eight bedrooms provided all with wonderful private sleeping areas without the need to use pull out sofas (although the house does have many, so larger groups can sleep here comfortably too). Game room has a pool table, ping pong, foosball, large flat screen, sofas, etc. - perfect for spending time together with family. I especially loved the lower level with a brick pub-like ambiance, plenty of seating, bar and kitchen. Also, the outdoors areas had everything you could want - gazebos, dock, hot tub, fire pit, plenty of comfortable seating (none of that plastic and PVC cheap seating) - but the greatest feature was the dock's second level deck. It is huge and the perfect place to spend any time of day (mornings, afternoons, evenings) with beautiful views and vistas, peace and quiet. My family and I were sad when we had to leave, it was the perfect experience. But we will be back. This was my favorite vacation rental - ever!!!!!!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

WOW!! What else can we say? We love Lake Norman and plan to retire here, so this is our 4th trip getting to know the area - and each time we stay at one of your properties. You provide the greatest properties, elegant surroundings and furnishings, and best personal amenities and services in the vacation rental business. You've really outdid yourselves on this property. It is truly an luxurious and elegant estate property - one we would expect to pay much more for - I'm sure it is the nicest and most upscale on the lake. The professional chef's kitchen with commercial Viking appliances is a dream - you even thought of having a commercial ice maker to fill the ice coolers before going out for the day on the boat. My favorite area is the downstairs brick pub area - it reminds me of a inviting European upscale pub and has tons of seating and bar space. It even has two half baths servicing the pub - one decorated for the men and one decorated for the women. The bedrooms are all decorated beautifully and in a relaxed, but very upscale and elegant manner. We've never been in a vacation rental before that had such beautiful and quality upscale furnishings, accents, and appointments (and we've been in many) - and yet the decorating is done to make you feel you are definitely on vacation at the lake or shore. Pictures don't do it justice, you have to see it to believe it. The elevator was great, because I have arthritic knees. Lots and lots of common areas to gather, both inside and outside, also with truly lovely top-notch furnishings and appointments. While staying here, we had to pinch ourselves to make sure we weren't dreaming. It was a blessing that we had such beautiful weather while staying here in March, with weather in the upper 70's and mid 80's - it allowed us to fully enjoy the outside areas you have provided. First, the view is spectacular. Beautiful main channel view with nothing but water and distant shore to look at. The property isn't in a gated community, but rather is in a natural setting with lots of trees and privacy, so you really feel that you are on vacation and surrounded by nature. Even so, the property is beautifully appointed and manicured. The walkway to the dock is paved, and no steps, so very easy to get to the water. And the huge dock is amazing with room for 3 very large boats, 2 jet ski docks, enormous 2nd level party deck, and so much more.
