  A group of Dentists plus myself came in town for a business course that we were hosting Downtown. I arrived before the others to get the house prepared for our stay, with surprise I did not need to prepare anything! This house was very neat and clean and had all the amenities you could need! The pictures in the ad do not do this place justice. It was whole lot better than staying at a boring hotel! The house location was an easy commute to Downtown! We look forwarding to staying at this home next time we are in Denver!

  We had a group in town for an event downtown for a long weekend in March. This house was perfect for us. The inside is beautiful, all the appliances are upgraded, and we didn't feel cramped, even with a group of ten. An added bonus is that each bedroom has a bathroom ensuite, which made it more convenient to get ready each morning . The house is far enough from downtown to avoid the noise and traffic, but close enough that we could get to whatever we needed within 10-15 minutes. It was too cold to use the pool but the spa was great. I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Denver.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

However I'm sure coming home to the spa must have certainly taken the chill off. Well it's less than 2 weeks since your departure and we're almost in the 70's and plan to have the pool open for the season shortly. What's not to love about Colorado! Come back and enjoy it!   Fabulous! The owner was very helpful. Everything we needed was available. We had 8 people stay at the house. Gameroom downstairs was great. Huge kitchen with Viking appliances. Master Bedroom/Bath is very nice. We will stay here again when we have a large gathering.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  Cooked Thanksgiving dinner and watched football games over the holiday at the house. We were able to consolidate our family from Texas, California and Denver in one place. Location is great and had lots of room to spread out. The house was very well equiped and had everything we needed. Due to time of year we did not use the outside much, but pool would be great in summer. Elevator was very useful for parents. Michael was very accomadating and willing to help with anything we needed. We would recommend and plan to stay there or perhaps at one of his other properties when we get the family together again in the area.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This is a great home for many reasons and purposes. This is our second weekly rental at this property and we have been very pleased both times. The owner is very responsive to renter needs and is good natured in his management and service response style. The house is immaculate, well laid out and decorated with the finest quality materials and European style. We have been here during two warm months so the pool etc. has been a bonus. Good for meetings, training sessions, parties, girl's weekend and so on. The bottom line is we fly over 2000 miles to get here and it is well worth the money and expectations are met. Highly recommended.

  Our company rented this beautiful home for approximately two weeks for ten people on our on site supervision team for SIA 2012, a trade show held annually in the Denver Convention Center. It exceeded all of our expectations in terms of quality of construction, finishes and amenities. The gourmet kitchen is spectacular, and generously outfitted with top quality knives, cookwear and appliances. The beadrooms and bathrooms were of similar quality as the kitchen. The house was so large, that even with ten people staying there, there was more than enough room for everyone to have their privacy if that is what they wished. However, we spent most of the off hours playing pool in the palatial entertainment room downstairs! I did not personally use the outdoor spa, but several of our employees braved the crisp evening winter air, and reported the spa facilities to be outstanding. If you are looking for a rental for next year's ski show, however, look elsewhere because we have already reserved it for SIA 2013!!! One final note: Upon my departure I, inadvertantly left my ski jacket hanging in the closet. I called the owner of the home, and two days later my jacket arrived safely in Portland! Thanks again Michael, and I am looking forward to our stay at your beautiful home in January!

  This was our second time to stay here. We stayed last Christmas and again this summer. It was great for our family with four teenagers! There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool table on the lower level was a big hit. We had other family members join us in Denver and it was wonderful to be able to have them over to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again!

  What a fabulous place to stay! We had such a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home! Everything you could imagine is at your fingertips. The pool and spa were incredible and so was the Master Bath....loved the shower!! The kitchen was a dream to cook in as well! Great place to stay with kids. The bottom floor has a pool table, large screen TV and workout area! We enjoyed how close we were to the shops and restaurants! Michael was so accomodating to our needs! Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us!! WE WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN VERY SOON!!!!

  Nice property. Spacious. Used for 4 day meeting and stayed there also. Kitchen very well laid out and top grade appliances etc. Nice patio area, with pool and hot tub. Landscaping very pleasant and well done. Beds comfortable. Has nice meeting space and decor. Landlord responsive with any need. Would rent again.
