This professionaly decorated 2 story, 2 bedroom, beach cottage just finished a complete renovation. 200 yards from the beach and very affordable, this pool-side cottage is exactly what you're looking for.
Renovations were completed in early April 2010.
Located in the community of Old Florida Cottages, it's an easy stroll to the beach without crossing the road, or take the golf cart that is provided!! The small beach access has showers, bike parking, car parking spaces, bathrooms and a covered picnic area with grills. Two front porches are great for relaxing. Two back porches allow views of the pool area to keep an eye on the kids. The pool deck includes a covered lanai with bathrooms.
This home participates in our Complete Clean Linens program. This means that you may enjoy plush, king-size pillows on every bed and rest easy with the knowledge that ALL bedding is laundered after each and every guest checkout. With this in mind, please be aware that comforters and other bedding may differ from those pictured.

We stayed at this cottage for a week with our 2 young girls and had a great vacation. The home is wonderfully decorated and the master bed is so comfortable. We loved this cottage and will definitely stay here again. We were so close to beach access and love the Santa Rosa Beach area. We were able to walk right out of the back door to the pool. You will definitely enjoy this cottage and community if you choose to stay here.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
