Great mountain home located in Towamensing Trails. This immaculate, well-maintained home has a large eat-in Kitchen with a breakfast bar. There are three large bedrooms and two baths. Each bedroom has a TV/VCR. The living room boasts a vaulted ceiling, TV with a DVD/VCR, Fireplace and Air Hockey Table.

This home is a short distance to the 190 acre lake, beach and marina. There is an outdoor community pool along with a kiddie pool, basketball and tennis courts and a playground. Boat Rental is available at the lake. The clubhouse has a restaurant and a bar (the bar requires a membership) and a game room that has video games, air hockey, and a pool table.

For snow enthusiasts, the house is just 5 minutes from the Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski Mountains. In addition to skiing, this home is located close to many other major Pocono attractions, such as Pocono Raceway, Hickory Run State Park, historical Jim Thorpe area, outlet shopping at The Crossings, paintball, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, and Camelbeach water park.
