This rental house was perfect place for a vacation with family and friends. The house has a lot of space and a bathroom for each bedroom!!! (5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms). It was also very nice to be able to do some laundry during our stay. The resort pool area was absolutely beautiful and only a 7 min walk away, but it also has a pool right out back that the kids loved as well. We felt very safe during the stay with the lacation in a gated community. We visited Downtown Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea Word, Epcot Center, and the Magic Kingdom during our stay. This house location was perfect! I hope to one day visit Orlando again and would want to rent this property again. I would recommend it to anybody. The owner was very accommodating with our situation (having 2 babies and 3 toddlers) and letting us have a late checkout. The pictures are very accurate and the kids rooms are adorable! What a great place for a great vacation!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This home was just perfect for our family & friends getaway! The property looked just like the pictures and it was perfect for each family to have their own bathroom! The kids rooms upstairs were a hit, as well as the heated pool! We stayed for a week and the property was just a short trip to all the Disney parks! The property was clean and well maintained and I would highly recommend this property to any family!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is my first time using VRBO and my first time staying anywhere other than a hotel while visiting Orlando - I fell in love with this villa on the website and I was not dissapointed..if anything it is even prettier and better equipped than the description and photos show. The location was perfect for our visits to WDW - Sea World and Universal. The rooms are large and have everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. The property manager Danni was extremely helpful. We loved the Windsor Hills resort and would definately recommend this location. Our party was 8 adults and 3 children so it was great to have all the bedrooms and play/game room so we could spread out. The owner Jane was very quick and patient in responding to many emails and the whole process could not have gone better. We hated to leave and will definately be coming back again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We arrived to the house and it very much exceeded our expectations. all of the bedrooms had nice flat screen televisions. All 5 bedrooms had their own bathroom which made it nice with two teenage girls and two moms in the house. The pool was nice. We did look at the hot tub and it did not look like it had been used in a while, but we didn't have time for it anyway. The house was very close to Disney and relatively close to the outlet malls. We had a problem with the air, but we called Danni, who is in charge of the maintenance and it was fixed that same day. The house did accurately reflect the photos in the listing and was very clean and well maintained. If we ever go back to Disney we would definately stay here again. We really did not eat at any restaurants, however stay away from the Walmart for buying groceries. Go to the Publix grocery store. They are smaller and a little bit more expensive, but there is no chaos and the clerks actually unpack your cart and sack for you. Overall this was a great house, great location and a great vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We were 6 in our group.We had been going to Florida for the last 7 years and this house was by far the best accomodation that we ever had.The pool was so hot that it was like a spa. The furniture in this house was very nice,new and high quality.We would strongly reconsider going back to this exact home. We already stayed to several places before, like Disney Resorts, other houses in Davenport and Pompano Beach,etc and this house was the most comfortable one that we had.The location for travelling everywhere we wanted in Kissimee was very well located. We were able to go to several restaurants, boutiques, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, Sea World and any Disney parks in a few minutes. That was very pleasant. If you want to spoil yourself you just find what you are looking for.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I just spent a three day weekend in this rental. The house was spotless when we arrived and was everything we could have asked for and more. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and is beautifully decorated. The older kids (teenage boys and a a girl) really enjoyed the game room. They spent most of their time playing there which was great. I have an infant and having a real crib and high chair was a real plus. The best part is that the three master bedrooms are in the floor level and the two bedrooms with the twin beds are upstairs (again more quiet time for the grown ups). We weren't able to enjoy the pool as the weather wasn't quite warm enough but the outside area seemed very nice. The house is 5 miles from Magic Kingdom and right off of US 192 where there are many places to eat. We will definitely be looking to rent here again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
