Come and enjoy our remodeled home away from home. We are located at 21 Richmond Street on a deep water cannel. Just bring your food and clothes. We have all the sheets and towels. Yes, we even provide you with the beach towels. Our kitchen is fully equipped to cook for just about any size crowd. I have entertained up to 20 for dinner. You have a full pantry to store all your food supplies for the week. Enjoy eating breakfast on the Hugh deck. Wicker furniture for your enjoyment. Even if it should rain, you have a large covered area out back to watch the boats in the cannel. In the evenings, sit back and enjoy the sunset.
All beds will be set up for your arrival. We have 4 bedrooms plus a loft.... 3 queens, 2 full, 1 twin, 1 baby bed and 1 toddler bed plus a sleeper sofa. 2 full baths.. We have bright new bed coverings, matching towels, 2 inch blinds.
Alex and I purchased our home 5 years ago and completely remodeled the interior. We have always loved entertaining in our beach house. We designed under the house to be used and enjoyed.... fenced so the children have a place to play and great for our dog to play. Located in the storage room under the house is a refrigerator for your beverages... We spend lots of time on the dock fishing with the children and also watching them swim in the cannel.
Your vacation at our home will be the best ever...said by many of our friends that have stayed at the house.
Remember: You bring your food and clothes...We take care of the rest.
When you leave, all you do is pack your bags, remove your sheets, empty the trash and away you go...

My friends and family loved this home. It had everything you need to prepare meals for a large family. The gated areas made it so easy to keep pets and children safe while enjoying the outdoors. Ocean Isle Beach is a wonderful vacation spot... lots of great food and fun!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: My name is Barbara Mann. I own a REMAX Real Estate Company in Greensboro and Winston Salem, NC. My family and I have been going to Ocean Isle for many years. Once we purchased the house, we have had the best family time. My 3 boys, 3 daughters - in -laws and 4 grandchildren LOVE our time at the beach house. The children play on the deck and under the house for hours, while the adults enjoy a beverage and watch the sunset.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Isle Beach:
We have owed different vacation homes at Ocean Isle Beach over the years. We decided to purchase the house so that it would accommodate our large family. We enjoy going to dinner in Wilmington which is only 40 miles away and shopping at the Outlet Malls in Myrtle Beach, only 20 miles away. The best event in the summer at Ocean Isle is the Friday Evening Bands. We love taking our cooler and yard chairs to the Museum where they set up in the parking lot for the Friday Evening Events, Lots of good Beach Music. There is a children’s museum, playground and lots of CLEAN white sand at the beach
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I can work, play and enjoy myself. When I am at the beach, I have it all set up for me to be able to do everything I need to be able to do to carry on with my business. In addition to working, I love to entertain our friends that also have homes at the Beach.
I hope you will find your stay at the house just as I do. The only way I was going to rent the house was to make sure that people enjoyed and loved it as much I as do.
