Self-contained ground floor studio apartment in old stone farmhouse. Situated in the quiet unspoilt countryside of south west France. Available all year round.
From April to end of October, a 12m solar heated salt water covered pool is open and also a garden room that can sleep two children in the summer. We are close to village amenities and the well known Medieval hill top village of Lauzerte. The market town of Moissac, famous for its Romanesque abbey is half an hour away along with many other interesting medieval villages and chateaus.
The apartment has its own entrance, hallway, bathroom and kitchen. The studio bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. The summer cabin has two single beds which can be arranged as a double bed, ideal for children.
This is a little hideaway where guests can relax on their sun terrace or beside the pool, swim and choose books to read from its own little library or take walks in the tranquil countryside which surrounds the property or go sightseeing in this medieval area of France.

The Unique Benefits at this ApartmentWe enjoy being able to walk our dogs each day close to our property, being five minutes from one of the most beautiful Medieval villages in France which has all the amenities we could possibly need including farmers markets and a good choice of local restaurants. The village features many summer activities, has bars and an excellent restaurant where we can arrange reservations for you. It is situated in the medieval square from where you can watch many of the local summer's evening activities.

We are both designers: an architect and a silk screen printer, fabric designer. We have studios on the property. There is a large wild garden where we spend a lot of time. We have two friendly dogs and three cats who keep to themselves. Visitors are welcome to take an interest in studio activities.

We enjoyed every minute in this charming, cozy, book-filled garden suite. Very comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The sunny terrace was perfect for long al fresco lunches and naps afterwards. In the 3 jam-packed days we were here we explored the storybook beautiful countryside, the medieval town of Moissac, and the really 'beau village' of Lauzerte. We particularly loved the wonderful hikes of the Grandes Randonnees, some of which were parts of the ancient pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostella. Thank you to Hassanah and Raymond.
