  What a great deal! The bed is, by far, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The location was great. We went into the city every day and the subway entrance was just a hop, a skip and a jump away. Made it so easy! Everything you could need was nearby. The place even came with toiletries we may have forgotten! I have every intention of returning and staying here again! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. What a great find!

  What a great place to stay. It felt like home. So close to subway. Close to shopping There is a door man I felt safe. There is a laundery room great kitchen with stove,oven, dishwasker (dishes), refridg, wonderful large living room with a large TV. Large bedroom with a comfy king size bed. I hope to get another chance to stay there.

  This was my 3rd stay at this great Queens property. Each time I stay here I feel like I'm home. The apartment is warm and cozy. The kitchen allows me to save money on eating out by going to the store and shopping for food to cook. The fact that the place is only a block from the subway really is nice being that it's the dead of winter outside and once I get off the train I'm inside and warm in just a few minutes. I look forward to staying here again on future New York trips.

  I stayed in this apt for 3 nights with my mother, my husband and my 3 yr old daughter. It's a great place, much better than what the pictures show. It's very convenient, the subway station is only 1 block away and there are grocery stores, restaurants in walking distance. The 24 hour doorman is great, making me feel really secure there. There's even a small playground/rest area attached to the building. My daughter had a little fun there. But it was too cold so we had to get in. But it could be very nice in the summer. Alan has all kinds of kitchen utensils, so I can cook something special just for my daughter. But it doesn't have a sofa bed as I expected, so my husband had to sleep on the sofa for 3 nights. So I think it's perfect for a family with a maximum 2 adults and 1 kid.

  I travel to New York a few times a year for both business and pleasure and I've found that this property if perfect for either occasion. It's very large and roomy with all the amenities that I need to be comfortable. Since it's in Queens it's quite but it's only about a 5 minute walk to the subway so I can be in the city for meetings or to meet friends in about 25 minutes. But there are plenty of things to do in the vicinity. The bed provides an extremely restful sleep and the rooms are always set to a good temperature no matter whats its like outside. The owner Alan is really easy to work with and has a wealth of information on things in the area and how to get into Manhattan. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to save on high hotel rates but still stay in a comfortable place.

  I stayed in this property with my girlfriend for a long weekend and I could not have asked for anything more. It was spacious enough to fit a few more guests, and the accommodations were like I was at my own home. The subway right into midtown was no more than a 5 minute walk. On the late nights back to the property there was a doorman to nicely greet us and put us at ease knowing that the property was being watched over. The building itself was on a quiet street and away from all the loud noise of the city which was perfect when we wanted to go to bed. The garage was a huge plus considering parking is such an issue. Alan (the owner) was a breeze to deal with as well as a literal travel guide. Every question I had about the city whether it was where to eat, what activities to do, or even what subway to take he knew right off the top of his head. The property had a feel to it as if it was my own, which I have never gotten before in a hotel. All in all this was a great choice, and I would recommend it to anyone planning on being in the area whether for a weekend or an extended stay.
