This gorgeous studio condo is in the beautiful Grand Sandestin building located in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The 6th floor location gives you a wonderful view of the Bay, and the balcony is a great place for that morning coffee, as well as a great view of the SUNSETS at night. It has a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and nicely decorated living area with a large flatscreen TV. There is a laundry available on the 1st floor (next to exercise/gym facility).
IT IS A GREAT CONDO IF YOU ARE ATTENDING A CONFERENCE AT THE CONFERENCE CENTER. The Grand Sandestin building is attached to the conference center, and this condo offers you a beautiful setting at a substantially discounted price over the Sandestin rentals. Enjoy your conference and save money!!

THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 1) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

Room was clean and pictures are very accurate. Balcony is tiny but it has a great view when you're standing up. Great location, restaurants, shops, pool all just within a short walk. Room is right when you get off the elevator but was not noisy. Overall the Grand is a very nice hotel. We have stayed at Sandestin several times and love this area. Beaches are pretty but very crowded in June. There's lots to do in Baytowne Wharf-especially for kids. Enjoyed riding bikes all around the resort. I guess my only complaint was the bed in this unit. Hard as a rock. It was so bad that the second night I put the bedspread and a blanket under neath the sheet to try to soften it but nothing helped. If the bed had been more comfortable I would have given 5 stars.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

We've stayed in this condo multiple times. The 6th floor view of the Bay is nice. We like to watch the sunset from the balcony. I especially like that it is a short walk to the village - very convenient for going to Starbucks, restaurants, bars (Fat Tuesday). We'll be back again soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
