We travelled here with our family (including two young children) in April and had a wonderful stay. The condo is roomy and in excellent condition. Everything was clean and comfortable. The views from the deck are great, our kids had an awesome time watching all the activity in the bay, and it was very pleasant to wake up each morning with such a nice view. We had a great stay and were very pleased with the condo as well as the people who manage it.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

Last month we stayed at Boutikia's Marina View apartment and we had a perfect visit. The apartment was very large and had a beautiful view of the Golden Gate and the bay. We could walk everywhere we needed to go inlcuding the Presidio, shopping, restaurants, movies. Excellent visit and perfect location,Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family met in San Francisco for a reunion. The apartment we rented from Boutikia was clean , very comfortable and afforded beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Harbor from the deck. The apartment was very conveniently located near restaurants, stores and bus lines. We had a car and were fortunate to have parking directly beneath our apartment. The location is a great jumping-off site for touring San Francisco or nearby Marin County (Sausolito, Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpais). Ceck out Home Plate Restauranr just around the corner on Chestnut Street for excellent breakfasts. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would love to return.Did you find this review helpful? This property was actually better than "good." As described, the location was terrific and convenient. My cousins live in the city and confirmed that it was one of the safest neighborhoods. Walking distance to Chestnut and Union as the ad said, vibrant spots with lots of shopping, bars and interesting eateries, but full of locals rather than tourists. My brother was able to jog to the Golden Gate Bridge. We had a car for trips outside of the city, but also used public transportation a few times, the bus stops were all one or two blocks away. I initially thought the ad relied too much on pictures of the views, but O.M.G., the view exceeded my expectations and I loved the deck; nothing like brushing your teeth while basking in the SF morning air and view of the Bay. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities as stated in the ad and reviews. I loved the scent of the eco-friendly detergent. The unit had a charming, authentically vintage feel. Some minor negatives: 4 out of 5 us who stayed here thought the beds were too firm (it hurt just to shift positions in bed). We had trouble working the heater, but I did not call Management for guidance, the comforter in the bedroom with the full-size bed was very comfortable and warm. I read all the reviews several times before hand, but conveniently forgot about the neighbor who complained about the dryer vent. She knocked on her wall or our building many times, yelling about the toxins and how much she paid in rent and it was not a hotel, blah, blah. We called Management in case she called them first, but we understand there was nothing they could do. Was told she probably did not take her meds. Lastly, the grill had mold on it. We did not complain about this either. The aforementioned neighbor yelled at us to not bbq, because of the toxins in the air and the amount of rent she pays each month. We actually was not sure if she was yelling at us. There was the smell of bbq in the air, either from another neighbor or restaurant, but after the dryer incident a few days later, we realized she probably was directing her anger at us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Six members of our family stayed in this property while my daughter was married last weekend. Without exception we found the property to be perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, offerings (cable, internet; roll away bed in addition to king, queen & double; soaps / shampoos; full dining & living room, grill; patio & view overlooking marina/ bay/ golden gate bridge, etc). The kitchen was set up beautifully with all basics and condiments including tea and coffee. I have rented many facilities around the US and found this to be one of the best!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved the week that we spent at your apartment in the Marina district. We met in San Francisco for a family reunion at this apartment. Over the course of a week there were anywhere between 3 and 7 people staying. The apartment was very comfortable for all of us, close to restaurants and stores, very clean, with a deck with fantastic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco Bay and the Exploratorium. Getting from the apartment to Marin County (Sausolito, Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpais) was just a matter of a few minutes. The location was safe, clean and a great jumping-off site for getting around this grid-like city. The "Home Run" restaurant on Chestnut St. was a great breakfast spot. Excellent scones . . . The Presidio is a few blocks away and don't miss Muir Woods if you can possibly get there. Redwood trees almost 300 feet high . . . We would love to come back anytime.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We stayed at the Marina View property for 5 days for our girls get away -and it fit us perfectly! The keyless entry worked great for our group's various schedules and activities. The Marina District was a great location – very close to many fun restaurants, shopping and the Golden Gate Bridge. We loved the quant little grocery store: Marina Supermarket; just a couple blocks away on Chestnut street. We did not need a car - and left it parked in the garage the whole time! When walking wasn’t an option, we used the Muni buses or a limousine for getting around the city. The property was exactly as advertised. The decorations were minimal, but the view from the deck was fantastic and made up for the lack of decorations inside. We were aware that this property was more “budget friendly” and did not compare to the other more expensive places we considered. The flat is on the second level with steps (no elevator available), so if you have limited mobility, that would be a consideration. Certainly got a great workout walking up and down the steps and in the neighborhood. There was only one issue worth suggesting for future renters. The neighbor next door does not like the dryer vent exhaust close to her deck and made that very clear one morning. Sri, the property manager quickly called and apologized and took care of the issue. It was not a big deal, and it sounds like the venting issue is being taken care of. I was very impressed with Boutikia and the staff (especially Sri) who always responded quickly to emails and phone calls before and during our stay. If our “girls trip” ever brings us back to San Fran we would definitely look into Boutikia homes again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay at this property was much more than we expected, it was excellent. Very clean, well located, nice view and with all of the accomodations one needs to have as in your own home. During our travel vacations we were in 3 different properties and my wife and children (of very separate ages in between) considered this to be the best by far. With a very nice view of the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge, it has a perfect location on a nice neighborhood, close to many points of interest and with transportation passing by very close to the house. It also has grocery stores, restaurants and shopping near by. Within the house, there was no noise and the space withing the rooms and the family room were very convenient. Very good wi-fi connection and all of the kitchen supplies where modern. Bathrooms were clean and functioning well. In general we had a wonderful time in San Francisco and we were more than satisfied with the property. We would definitely like to come back and would rent this property again. The service received by the people at Boutikia was also superb. For us traveling from abroad, this means a lot.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Great Experience. Beautiful property very well located! When we had a request at our stay we send an email and within minutes they called back. Amenities in all bathrooms included, everything was clean and I felt like at home. 1 block away from the Presidio Park and the bay that is beautiful for an afternoon run.
