We came to Berkshires to visit Tangelwood, Clark museum and other cultural attractions. At the same time, we were hoping to spend enough time in nature hiking and swimming. This house was perfectly located to accommodate all of these activities: we were within a reasonable driving distance to all of the cultural activities and being next to a lake, we were able to swim and enjoy the scenery just by taking a few steps. Most importantly, however, the house itself has offered a perfect comfort in every way. It was impeccably clean, included all the necessary things, everything from linens, towels, dishes, soaps, to a fabulous porch with a grill. The beds were comfortable, the couch too, the decor was beautiful and tasteful and having Internet excess was a great benefit. Being on one level was very convenient and cozy, and we had plenty of space for myself, my husband, and our two children. I do hope to come back and am grateful to the owners for being patient with our questions and very accommodating in every way. We highly recommend this vacation property to anyone as a comfortable, clean and quietly restful spot.Recommended for: Families with young children.
