My family spent a few days at this nice home. The location is great for hiking and fishing. We were glad it was on the opposite side of the lake from the bar (music) and highway. Bring your own water toys if you plan on swimming with kids. Beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed for doing your own cooking. Joe's, North of Bull Lake on the Highway, makes great hamburgers. Curtains in the bedrooms would be a nice addition, but not necessary to qualify this home as an excellent VRBO rental.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

I've had the pleasure of renting a wonderful cabin on Bull Lake. Most recently in May of 2012. The views of the lake, the easy access to launch a kayak or canoe, and the comfortable accommodations always made the weekends a joy.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

On July 5th through the 8th, we stayed at the cabin on the lake, It was my self, husband and 2 sons's ages 22 and 25, and my sister-in-law and brother-in-law and their 2 teenage children. We had a wonderful stay, the cabin is stocked with all the necessities. She even had bug spray and lotions (which we had forgot). It was very comfortable for all 8 of us and the kids enjoyed watching (the well stocked movie selection). Close to some beautiful Montana hikes and trails. It was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful wrap deck, where we enjoyed our morning coffee in the wonderful sunshine and full view of the lake only several feet away. the cabin also happened to be 2 doors down from our Aunt and Uncle's place which made if very convienent to visit with the whole family. I would recommend a stay at this cabin to anyoneDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We loved our stay in the Kisch cabin at Bull Lake so much that we have been back twice since that first visit! The views of the lake and surrounding mountains are spectacular. Proximity to "Walk of the Cedars" and "Kootenai Falls" permits hassle-free day trips. The large cabin is furnished beautifully, impeccably clean with room for three couples plus. Ron and I enjoyed the peace and quiet this wilderness cabin offers and look forward to visiting again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My husband and I have stayed twice at this property. My husband enjoys fishing and has had good luck catching fish on Bull Lake. It has a relaxing atmosphere and the accommodations are excellent. There is ample shade for those not interested in water activities to sit and read or just enjoy the lake and mountain views. There are several hiking trails close by and the roads can be used for cycling. It is a good place to “get away” and “reboot”.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Had a wonderful time at the cabin. The cabin was right on the lake and just perfect for us. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area and the nice view of the lake from the deck. The cabin is very nicely decorated and had every thing we needed. We look forward to returning to the cabin again. Thanks for such a wonderful timeDid you find this review helpful? Rented this cabin at Bull Lake in late June of this year with a friend. Excellent location, directly on lake. Cabin is spotless and modern with all amenities. Would not hesitate to recommend this cabin to any one. While kayaking on the lake, we spotted a moose and paddled within 30 yards of him and observed him eating for about 20 minutes. What a WONDERFUL experience. We plan on returning next summer for sure.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Patricia and I were looking for a get-away cabin and decided to try Barb's cabin on Bull Lake. Her cabin exceeded our expectations. The setting is peaceful and with our love of fishing and kayaking the lake was perfect. The location is wonderful for short trips to Trail of the Ceders and the short day trip we took to Sandpoint Idaho. The furnishing, sleeping accommodations and setting on the lake speak for themselves..... excellent. We enjoyed a couple of walks from the cabin and it gave us an opportunity to see some of the surrounding area. I also wet a fishing line and found success catching a couple of trout. Don't rule out this get-away for a Montana experience.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We have had wonderful opportunities of staying at Ms. Kish's lakeshore vacation home on Bull Lake in the past. The chalet-designed cabin is the perfect getaway with ample room in the cabin for entertaining and relaxing along with a wonderful master suite overlooking the lake. The large deck on the front is an added bonus. The gentle sloping path down to the lake is very easily accessible and perfect for putting in kayaks or canoes. Will definitely return for another stay!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Good morning I would like to share my experience of my stay at the bull lake home for rent. My family and I had such a wonderful time the home was perfect. Everything we need to have a comfortable stay was there. My kids loved play in the water right out front of the home and my wife I could relax and watch them from inside or from the wonderful deck. The water was perfect for kids, it didn't get deep right away and we did not have to worry about them. The wild life was abundant for we saw frogs, fish , eagles, deer, fox and on our way on the road in we saw bear. Our kids were in heaven. After a long day of playing we enjoyed the fire pit area to make s'mores and tell stories. I highly recommend this wonderful setting in the cabinet mountains. Oh ya and right down the road is the Ross creek cedars truly magnificent. Best Regards,Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
