  We spent 10 days at Sylvie´s place.We loved the apartment.It was exactly as expected.Plenty of space and light.I will recommend the property to friends.

  This place is like walking in an IKEA store, the decoration is really cool and cozy, you will feel like home. It's very clean and organize. The complex is very nice as well even though it was under maintenence work. I don't give 5/5 to this review, because the building was dirty and there were weird people in the area that made me feel uncomfortable. HOWEVER, it was a great experience, My patner and I really enjoyed our stay and I will def recommend this apartment. Also Sylvie, is a wonderful person, even though we couldn't meet in person, she was very nice in our e-mail's conversations.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Owner response: Thank you for your comments and appreciation, Balmeri. Maintaining the good condition of the site and buildings is a priority for the owners and the management team of the complex, so there is currently a big refreshment  project that includes water spray cleaning and complete repainting of the buildings.  Even though the complex is a quite recent construction (1999)  it is important for us (owners) to insure to keep its apparence fresh, clean and inviting. The complete completion of the work cannot be all done in one shot unfortunately, so  there are several phases needed.  With this, come some minor inconveniences, but I think that the final result worth it and shows our will to keep the place clean and beautiful.   Sylvie's place looked just like the pictures!! It is a very nice open apartment with everything you need to feel like you are at home. Our son slept on the pull out sofa which was comfy and gave us a nice big spot to cuddle as a family in front of a movie on the one rainy day we had. The complex was secure and quiet at all hours that we came and went from the Disney parks. The drive to the parks was fast and super easy on the toll road. Within minutes of the apartment was a Target, Publix grocery store and Wal-mart. Sylvie was wonderful to work with!! We had a family emergency 2 weeks from our original booked week. She was flexible with us and we were able to find another week later in the summer that worked for us all. She was always quick at responding to e-mails during and after the booking. If/when we return, we will certainly be looking to stay in Sylvie's home. Thank you for a great family vacation!!! Stephanie

  Three of my friends and I stayed at the condo for 9 days. The condo was exactly like the photos. Clean, well decorated and had all the supplies we needed. It is very well located. My friends and I had no car, so we had to move on foot or by bus. There was a Waltmart and several convenience stores nearby, so it was very easy for us to get there :) I recommend strongly this condo because we had a great experience! :) Windy

  Trois de mes amies et moi sommes restées au condo durant 9 jours. Le condo était exactement comme sur les photos. Propre, bien décoré et nous avions toutes les fournitures que nous avions besoin. Il est très bien situé. Mes amies et moi n'avions pas de voiture, donc nous devions nous déplacer soit à pied ou en autobus. Il y avait un Waltmart et plusieurs dépanneurs à proximité, c'était donc très facile pour nous de s'y rendre :) Je recommende fortement ce condo, car nous avons eu une très belle expérience ! :) Windy

  We loved Sylvie's apartment. It's just like the photos. NIce furniture, clean and wide for 1 bedroom apartment. Clean towels and sheets. The sofabed is so comfy. We stayed in 4 people for 10 days and it was a great stay. Besides, Sylvie was helpful all time. Thank you, Breno

  Sylvie's place was decorated very nicely. Unfortunately it rained for the first two days of our stay and the TV's picture messed up. However Sylvie was quick to respond and had her team come in with a new tv, though smaller, as it will now be in the bedroom once the large flat screen is repaired. The condo is centrally located to a lot of the parks and the events around town. Shelly

  My boyfriend and I were attending a preseason game in Orlando followed by a 5 day cruise to the Bahamas, when trying to decide flights we didn't want to rush back to the Northeast after spending 7 days in the sun and warmth. So we decided to look for a place to stay and we definitely found a home away from home. Walking into the condo I felt like walking into Ikea, and that is just how my house looks, so I literally felt like I had come to a warm, tropical like house that was my own. It was so well decorated and just made you feel like you could relax, and that's exactly what we did. We never even made it to check out the pool it was so nice to just be in the condo with the blinds open and let the Floridian sunlight come through. The place was spotless and it made our last 2 days of vacation the best two days. I would recommend this for short stays or longer ones, and if I get a chance to get down there again I will definitely be looking at this condo to rent for longer than two days.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
