We have stayed at the Vail Racquet Club about 7-8 times but have always reserved the unit through their website instead of through VRBO. We decided to reserve this unit through VRBO and it took us to VACASA rentals. We will never reserve through Vacasa again. This unit has potential, but the owners should not be renting it until they get the following problems fixed. -- Cable wasn't working upon our arrive (it now is after having to wait 24 hours). -- No towels in the bathroom, but we did find some in the master closet. --Artwork missing from walls (although we really don't care about this we just want it noted that it is). --Ceiling fan in the bedroom doesn't work. --The deck is really dirty. Was it ever cleaned up after the winter/spring? --The floor in the bathroom wasn't clean behind the door. There was hair all over the floor. --Kitchen is a major problem. --------The dishes to eat on are gross. You can't get them clean. Someone needs to come and take a LONG look a the items in this kitchen, especially the glasses and plates, mugs, bowls. --------Coffee maker has no filters. And the mugs to drink the coffee in are disgusting. And there are no sugar packets or anything (which I guess we shouldn't expect but renting through the VRC, this is supplied.) -------Most everything we used in the cupboards had to be wiped clean of dust. We think the owners have tried hard and this unit does have potential. The new kitchen cupboards are beautiful and the flooring is pretty.
