Ahhh…..luxury paradise found at our platinum 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath townhome located at Le Jardin in the Village of Baytowne Wharf within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
Come and relax in our spacious home in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf entertainment area and adjacent to the Baytowne Conference Center. As you pass through the entrance gates into the picturesque courtyard with a fountain in Le Jardin, you feel a peace wash over you as you look around the quaint New Orleans-style courtyard.
Enter through the porch outer door and notice all the seating for gathering with family and friends while enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Upon entering our home, you quickly realize this is not your typical rental unit. Our home is professionally decorated with welcoming, plush furniture and special touches throughout. The comfortable living area with large TV, Blu-ray DVD player, stereo with MP3 docking station and spacious dining area with wine refrigerator are perfect for relaxing and creating memories. The kitchen appointed with Viking appliances is stocked with the tools and accessories needed for any meal from a quick snack to a gourmet spread.
On the second floor you will find the second master bedroom with attached bath and double sinks. Rest peacefully in the plush queen size bed with TV and DVD player. Also on this floor is the third bedroom with queen size bed and TV, with full bath. Looking for a quiet spot to read a book, or a place to enjoy the final moments of the day? Enjoy the second floor balcony with access from both bedrooms.
The third floor provides a romantic master bedroom retreat. The room is highlighted with the premium king size bed and see-thru fireplace to master bath. The spacious, grand master bath offers a walk-in shower, oversized whirlpool bath tub, and double sink. Just off the master, is another large balcony with views of the marina and overlooking the courtyard, offering an outdoor oasis with lounge chairs for two.
Our townhome has access to the neighborhood pool and hot tub. If you like to cook out, gas grills are available for your use at the back of the pool area. A fitness room is provided pool side should you choose to work out during your stay.
The activity area of The Village of Baytowne Wharf is approximately 40 yards away, offering fine to casual dining, daily live entertainment, premium shopping, adventure zone with ropes course and zip line, and much more, with the festivals and special events throughout the year.
The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400-acre, nationally recognized resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, three public championship golf courses, over 30 restaurants, daily live entertainment, tennis, spas, marina, biking, hiking, fishing, children’s activities, numerous shops and much more.
Amenities included: 4 TVs, 3 DVD players, MP3 docking stereo, wireless Internet, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided (excluding beach towels).
There is a three night minimum. Additional fees include 12% Florida tax and cleaning fee of $200.
Should you decide you want the unit, we require $65 processing fee which includes an accidental damage protection plan.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted.
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Decor is gorgeous, beds very comfortable. Great location. Would stay here again! Did not want to leave. Highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We walked in and it felt like home. We normally stop at Gulf Shores, but decided to come to Sandestin. This place is beautiful!!! Pictures don't do it justice. The couch is so comfy and inviting. The artwork is beautiful and the mattress on the beds.I want one . The only thing missing was a full length mirror in the 2 second floor bedrooms and fluffier towels.. The condo is close to everything and you don't have to move your car ever because everything is right there. The people that occupied the other units were so nice. The rental agency was very nice and helpful. Really don't want to write this great review because someone may find out about my secret place. We are already planning our return. Thanks for offering this wonderful property for rent. You won't be disappointed, it is truly BEAUTIFUL.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is the nicest place we have ever rented in Sandestin. The decor is amazing and so clean. Everything you need is provided and we felt like we were in our own home. Le Jardin is convenient to everything. Whether you want to relax with a glass of wine on the patio or enjoy the fun of Baytowne this place is perfect. We can't wait to come back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
