  The Studio was without question the centrepiece of our wonderful week on Anna Maria. It's location is perfect. Situated on a quiet, attractive street, we were just steps away from the beautiful gulf-side beaches and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping and many of the island's main attractions. In addition to being as cute as the photo's suggest, the Studio is an amazingly well-equipped and comfortable setting for two people. We made great use of the bicycles and beach accessories that are provided and enjoyed many mornings relaxing over coffee on the patio. The property manager could not have been more helpful in making sure we enjoyed our stay. Only regret is we couldn't stay longer. We will be back.

  We stayed at this property from Oct 14 -21. The weather was perfect and the location affords easy access to the beach where we had coffee each morning and sun all the day long. The space is perfect for two people. We bought groceries for breakfast and lunch and ate dinners out or brought pizza or burgers in, though you could easily grill. We also enjoyed pina coladas using the blender. Access to umbrellas, chairs, cooler etc made our stay perfect. Saw cool critters in and near ocean. The time of year meant a little bit of no-see-ums on the beach, but was remedied with bug spray. Great restaurants within easy walking distance, or a trolley ride. Try Sandbar at sunset, Gini and Jane E's for lunch or breakfast. We would definitely come here again!!!

  My review is coming a bit late, but nonetheless, this studio is amazing! We have gone to AMI several times before but this was our first time staying at the Peppertree. It's pretty hard to find a studio that is affordable for only 2 people and it fit all of our needs and more! We loved that there was only a short walk to the beach and enjoyed the patio at night as well. We will be back soon!

  Although we live on the nearby mainland, my partner and I stayed 9 wonderful days at this charming studio hideaway on Anna Maria Island. While compact, the studio was clean, bright and cheerful and provided ample space to make ourselves at home. The Gulf breezes, a comfortable king-sized bed, and the quiet street provided for sound sleep. There were bikes, a small charcoal grill, beach towels and equipment available for our use. The quietness of the neighborhood & being just a couple of houses away from a quiet beach truly made this vacation feel like a special retreat.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  Just returned from a week at this little studio and already miss it! What a bright and cheerful place to stay to relax and unwind. The windows along the front were great...left the top part of the blinds open so I could see the wonderful Florida sun come up in the morning - telling me it was time to hit the beach. A short walk to the beach makes it handy for taking a lunch break. In the evenings, if you don't want to drive, walk one block to the trolley stop and it will take you anywhere on the Island for dinner. My favorite meal was at the Waterfront Restaurant, the blackened Seafood Platter was awesone. Also good is the Rod & Reel Pier. Anna Maria Island was great, I will be back again!

  Our experience was great. The photos didn't mislead. Bright, cheerful clean studio in good taste, very quiet (except for an insect at night that was loud, because we like to have the windows open) on a little side street near the end, short walk to the best wide powdery white sand beach imaginable that is never crowded and extremely clean. Being gluten-free was somewhat of a challenge but the Sand Bar restaurant, a walk up the beach, was a place I could find many delicious items, although some seemed overpriced. And Publix grocery store is a free trolley ride away and has gluten free items. A deep el frying pan and a toaster oven met all my cooking needs but there is a microwave for those who prefer. I recommend this place to those with our priorities: quiet, unpretentious, little shaded private yard, sound of wind in palm leaves, miles of beautiful uncrowded beach,warm clear gulf waters, public transportation (we hate to drive on vacations) in the form of a free trolley the length of the island. Two bicycles at our disposal, but stick to side streets and and stay very alert. Looks safe but many of the drivers are pretty weird here. So, if like us, you are looking for one of the scattered remaining places on the island that isn't pretentious and/or condo, you will love it. (Bring 30+ sunscreen, take a siesta in the middle of the day, don't miss the sunsets or early am walks on the beach. You might see the dolphins go by.) Last but actually first and throughout, the agent for the owners was amazing. She could not possibly have been nicer or more accommodating.
