Feel your cares slip away the moment you walk through the front door, where you are welcomed by our friendly property manager. You will immediately feel at home, surrounded by all of the warm and plush designer furnishings.
Relax and unwind, soaking up all of the luxurious ammenities this property has to offer. From taking a swim in one of the four nearby heated pools (two of which are salt water) or melt your cares away in the sauna, to sunbathing or dining on your totally private huge patio complete with a gas bbq and gas fireplace. Or maybe enjoy sprawling out on the leather sectional with a plush throw, watching a movie from over 200 cable channels on the HDTV flat screen mounted on the wall. If you prefer, you can cuddle up by the cozy indoor fireplace while sipping a refreshing drink from the nicely appointed wetbar. The options are endless.
Once you feel rejuvinated, you can take the leisurely stroll through the gated grounds admiring the gorgeous tropical foliage which boasts lush plumeria, bougainvillea, hybiscus, banana trees, date palms, and many varieties of citrus trees. Then head to 'the village' where old and new Hollywood stars played, and enjoy all the restaurants, clubs, galleries and theaters Palm Springs has to offer. No need for a cab at the end of the evening as home is just a short stroll away, while enjoying the magnificent star-studded desert sky.
Take a dip in one of four jacuzzis, or enjoy the updated bathroom complete with a huge soaking tub, amazing strong shower, and plush spa-like towels. Then crawl into the fabulous queen sized bed complete with high thread count sheets and endless pillows. To pamper you even further, the blackout window treatments will allow you to sleep in as long as you desire.
In the morning you can enjoy coffee or breakfast on one of two patios, while watching the many hummingbirds come and go or look in awe at the gorgeous San Jacinto mountains.
The condo's living room and bedroom offer soaring ceilings creating an open, airy feeling. Ceiling fans provide soft breezes for those not preferring air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare your snacks and meals.
This perfect location is walking distance to downtown, Spa Casino, the new Palm Springs Convention Center, and only 5 minutes from the airport (while not under the flight pattern). There is no need for a car since we are so conveniently located, but a designated space in our gated garage is provided just in case.

The owners, Dennis and Kurt, truly want you to enjoy yourself while residing in their unit. To ensure your arrival and departure are smooth transitions, they arrange a greeting with their management team, Bob and Jerry, upon arrival. These two gentlemen are available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. Free long distance to the US and Canada are a nice bonus, the WiFi service is excellent and the Time Warner television package all encompassing. Loved using On Demand and want it at home! We spent a lot of time on the huge deck; the kitchen is well stocked and the bed very comfortable. The rest of the residents and vacationers at Caballeros Estates are extremely friendly. We walked to a lot of restaurants and luckily our weekly Tutti Frutti fix was also within walking distance. If you are in Palm Springs for the film festival, the Regal 9 Theatre is only a couple of blocks away and the Camelot Theatre is walkable as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our time in Palm Springs. We will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

We have travelled alot and we put Dennis's condo right near the top. Unit is well furnished and very comfortable. Location is perfect--walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Managers Bob and Jerry were extremely helpful both with the condo and places to go in Palm Springs. Would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyoneRecommended for: Age 55+.

Coming from the Uk this is our best PSP rental todate.It excedes the discription. Easy to walk downtown, quiet good neighbourhood and above all a owner who is very proffessional in his administationand rental procedure.We loved it, just a pity that we have to cross the Atlantic to get there, else we would be regular clients..Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

This condo was accurately described, very comfortable, clean, and the perfect size for a couple. The deck is sunny but totally private and the nearby hot tub and pool are the perfect temperature. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal in or BBQ on the deck. And the location is fantastic - within easy walking distance to the movie theatre or downtown. The owners even provided a nice bottle of wine for our first night. We like liked it so much we re-upped for a couple more weeks and hope to return next year!!Recommended for: Age 55+.

We were pleased to find your condo better than advertised. We loved the furnishings! The location couldn't have been better, and were shocked how friendly everyone was in the complex. We fell in love with the condo's location, gorgeous grounds, and very friendly neighbors. The relaxing lifestyle and fabulous weather Palm Springs offers was the perfect fit for us. This truly is our home away fom home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love it that we can walk everywhere. Restaurants and bars are so close, rarely do we use the car. The weekly streetfair 'Village Fest', museum, and theaters are so convenient. The complex is quiet, so it is always peaceful and relaxing. The snowbirds and full time neighbors are so friendly by the pool, it makes the complex so inviting. We always hate to leave when the vacation is over!
