  We loved our stay here. The property was perfectly located near a beautiful part of downtown, so we could walk everywhere we went. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and very cozy. And, it had all the amenties of home we could ask for. In addition, Christian was wonderful about giving us advice about where to find things in the city, and was very helpful to us during our stay.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Appartement très confortable, élégant et raffiné. Très pittoresque aussi, car dans une ancienne maison viennoise, idéalement située au cœur du 1° arrondissement. Ainsi, nul besoin de voiture pour se balader dans les jolies rues, se rendre à l'opéra ou au concert ou encore faire du shopping dans les élégants magasins du quartier... Un vrai must!

  We visited Vienna for 3 nights (not long enough) and cannot imagine a more perfect Vienna flat than this one. Literally, I cannot imagine a flat more perfectly placed to explore the wide range of cultural, urban, and culinary gifts Vienna has to offer. The flat itself is crisp, clean, and incredibly spacious (high ceilings, large rooms). And the owners are kind, helpful, and friendly. You can't go wrong with this flat. It made our first trip to Vienna a joy, and we will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  L''appartement de Christian à Vienne mérite en fait 6/5. Nous avons vécu une semaine magnifique dans cet appartement. La localisation est exceptionnelle au niveau pratique comme pour l''esthétique. Totalement central, mais calme puisque sur une rue piétonne, tous les sites historiques et culturels (sauf Schönbrunn - excentré) peuvent être rejoints à pieds. À moins de 5 minutes de Graben, ses terrasses et son épicerie fine (utile). L''appartement lui-même est plus grand qu''il ne paraît sur les photos, très très propre ainsi que doté de tous les équipements requis. Il est meublé avec goût et pragmatisme. L''endroit est à la fois sympathique, soigné et d''un romantisme classique. Les restaurants de Vienne avaient peine à concurrencer le charme de l''endroit pour un petit dîner à deux. Le système audio visuel de haute qualité et la machine à expresso complétaient bien l''ensemble. Enfin, Christian le propriétaire a été très fiable, toujours disponible pour aider et tout à fait agréable dans nos rapports. C''est absolument sans nuance que nous recommandons au plus haut point la location de cet espace privilégié.

  Christian was the soul of hospitality in introducing us to this beautiful and comfortable apartment.(..)We could walk everywhere whether to get morning bread, to the Naschmarkt or supermarket for provisions, the excellent ice cream shop or the Bierklinic. Elegant restaurants including Steiereck, and Motto am Fluss were an easy stroll.

  What a lovely apartment - it is just as the photos show. The owners acquired it in Dec. 2011 and so it is all new and freshly furnished, with nice linens and a well appointed kitchen with washer/dryer as well. It has elevator with secured access and WiFi also. It is the perfect location, adjacent to Judenplatz and minutes from Stephanplatz, the heart of old town Vienna. There are many, many restaurants to choose from right out your door and you can walk everywhre in the heart of the city in 20-30 minutes and there is close access to subway and trams/buses. We found the owners delightful to work with, available to answer questions at anytime and greatly appreicated the time they took to walk us through the apartment and explain all the electronics to us. Just a wonderful all around experience; we would recommend it to anyone heading to Vienna and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

  We have had perfect 5 days in Vienna, largely due to the perfect accommodation. The flat handily surpassed our expectations - spacious, beautifully furnished, in a quiet building and in a perfect location: right at the heart of the city center, yet in a comfortably quiet corner with no noise and disturbance. We stayed there during one of the worst heatwaves in recent memory, but the flat, with its high ceilings and the perfect layout, was easy to keep comfortably cool. The electronic equipment was superb, and although we did not take advantage of TV or movies (better things to do when visiting Vienna) we certainly enjoyed unlimited and reliable internet connection. Last but by no means least, Christian was such an amazingly friendly and helpful host and gave us a hand with everything we needed - from personally showing where the closest grocery location is to giving a good advice on what to see and do within the limited time we had! We are already looking forward to visiting again.

  MY DAUGHTER,COUSIN AND I JUST SPENT 8 WONDERFUL DAYS IN VIENNA.WE STAYED AT THIS GREAT APARTMENT.THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT!. WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE MAIN CATHEDRAL,TRAM AND SUBWAY STATION,SHOPPING AREAS, NUMEROUS RESTAURANTS AND GELATO PLACES, OPERA HOUSE AND SEVERAL MUSEUMS. THE APARTMENT WAS CLEAN, FULLY EQUIPPED,ROOMY,SAFE. A LITTLE NOISY SOMETIMES LATE AT NIGHT AND EARLY MORNING ( PEOPLE PARTYING ON THE STREET AND GARBAGE COLLECTION). THE OWNER CHRISTIAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL .ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS I HAD PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IN REGARDS TO THE APARTMENT,LOCATION, TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE APARTMENT, ONE DAY TRIPS OUT OF VIENNA.COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT. UPON MY RETURN TO VIENNA SOMEDAY I CERTAINLY WOULD LOVE TO STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

  We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in dit ruime en comfortabele appartement. Het was alsof we zelf in de stad woonden voor even. Alles was op loopafstand en er viel werkelijk niets te wensen over. Luxe, sfeer en midden in het oude centrum.

  Recently returned from Vienna, where we (4 girls) spent 7 wonderful days (largely thanks to this lovely apartment.) Let's start from the beginning - with a meeting with Christian, hospitable, friendly, very punctual and caring owner. Christian held a short briefing on the apartment, gave us some tips on pastry, shops, transport, etc. Apartment us a little stunned. It is much better and more beautiful than its photos or video! It complies our idea of the spirit of Vienna! Stylish and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need, so we immediately felt like home. Location is ideal, we almost never used transport. I want to thank Christian for his hospitality! As for potential guests I can only say: take this apartment and enjoy Vienna!

  We were met by Christian at the apartment and he provided a very helpful tour of the apartment. He was very friendly. We enjoyed staying at the apartment, which was lovely, and met our needs 'to point'. Having 4 adults (2 college students) traveling together, this space allowed us time to hangout and have wonderful conversations in the evening. We truly loved the location. Very close to everything.

  Excellent location. Beautiful apartment, well-equipped, quiet, close to most sites, city transportation. Many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for a very pleasant stay in Vienna.

  We stayed here for a week in March, and loved this place. It was by far our favorite, of the six places we stayed during a three week vacation in Europe. The location is fabulous, the unit is perfect, and the host is a delight. I liked so much about this unit......the kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is comfortable, the television has a large variety, and the bed has an upgraded mattress with wonderful bedding My boyfriend thought the bath was a little tight for a shower, but I loved the place. The unit is very large by American standards, with lots of light. Traveling would be a dream if everyplace was this nice!!!!!

  Just returned from a weeklong visit to Vienna with my spouse and mother in law. I don't believe we could've found a better flat. It's ideally located on an edge of the pedestrian-only area of the city center, within walking distance of practically everything worth seeing and doing. The Stefanplatz underground station is 5 minutes away, but Christian wasn't kidding when he said we'd rarely need it to get around. Anyway, the flat is absolutely charming, tastefully decorated and furnished, and outfitted with every modern appliance and amenity you'd expect to find in a rental unit. There's a bakery 30 feet from the front door of the building, as well as restaurants, bars, and a grocery store just minutes away.(..)Highly recommended, for sure. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

  A lovely apartment, right in the center of the city, very well located, nice atmosphere. We ( a family with 3 teens) ate breakfast and dinner at the apartment : there is every thing you need in the kitchen to cook with. We appreciated the high ceiling in the two main rooms, the TV with a lot of movies in English and the apartment is very quiet. Christian and Monica helped us feel like at home and we really enjoyed our cultural stay in Vienna.

  Fantastique séjour dans ce superbe appartement pour notre famille de cinq personnes. L'emplacement est idéal et plein de charme, au coeur du centre historique de Vienne, à quelques pas seulement des principales attractions. L''appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos et vraiment agréable avec de beaux volumes. De plus, il est très propre et très confortable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques, dès les premiers échanges de mails. Nous le recommandons vivement.

  We spent Christmas in Christian's wonderful apartment. We are a family of 4 and the apartment was very comfortable for us although some decoration details were still missing; but it didn't bother us because the apartment is so tastefully decorated. It was extremely clean and the beds very comfortable; the provided cell phone was also nice, as was the huge video collection with lots of films for kids. The location is incredible! it is indeed a few steps from Stefansplatz, and we never had to use public transport during our stay. The Grimm bakery downstairs makes it easy to start the day with a smile. I can't even imagine how this place will look like when it is fully decorated. We'll certainly be back to check! Highly recommended.

  Owner response: Hello Darlene, It was a pleasure having you in our brand new property. Decoration items (like pictures on the walls, antique furniture etc) will be added shortly. The apartment is already fully functional, by the end of January 2012 it will also be fully decorated and have that homey, cosy feeling that we want to achieve in our properties. Come back soon!
