MILLION DOLLAR VIEW! Mammoth Point 109 has the best view in all of Mammoth, period—Breathtaking panoramic views of the Sherwin’s and the entire Owens Valley—WOW! Enjoy the World Class sunrise over breakfast and coffee before another perfect day of hitting the slopes. After a day of adventure, let the late afternoon sunshine paint the Ansel Adams photograph for you in piercing color before giving way to evening’s blanket and the awakening of the downtown city lights far below while enjoying a roaring fire in the wood burning stove.
Ski in / ski out through the woods, half way down Blue Jay (Chair 8) if you are adventurous, or walk 500 meters along Davison to Canyon Lodge (Lift Tickets and Chair Lifts) to start your day.
Mammoth Point 109 is a “drive right up to the front door” condo—no indoor hallways or parking garages—yuck! Stay here one time and you will always return, year after year, guaranteed!
Hungry? Simply take the Canyon Lodge Gondola down to the “Village” for a ski break or happy hour cocktails and pupus at Smokeyard BBQ and Chop Shop. If you’re in the mood to drive, at the bottom of Davison, turn left for all kinds of great after ski eats—Whiskey Creek, Chart House, Auld Dubliner, Lakaunki, Shogun, Roberto’s and much much more. Bang a right at the bottom of the hill for fine dining and exotic local fare at the remote and beautiful Lakeside Restaurant at Tamarak Lodge, just 5 minutes up Lake Mary Road. Don’t forget to hit The Stove for breakfast on your way out on the last day!
Prefer to cross country ski? You’re almost already to Tamarak Lodge, the heart of cross country skiing in the High Sierra’s. Mammoth’s trails span over a huge range of breathtaking off piste terrain, including right over many of the frozen lakes Mammoth is known for, an absolute winter wonderland.
Come summer, bring the dog! So many trails! Emerald Lake is just an hour hike, or, for those who want a bit more challenge, Lake Sherwin and Lake Valentine are absolutely amazing!
Mammoth is the world capital for Mountain Biking, and provides an exhilarating adventure for both the avid as well as the novice. Gondola to the top, and ride down—not too shabby! Fishing, camping, whatever your desire, Mammoth has it and Mammoth Point 109 is the perfect launching pad! Remember, when it is all over, it is “Jacuzzi Time”, and Mammoth Point has the largest hot tub in Mammoth, and it was just put in last year—brand new—and kept clean!!!
Condo has two bedrooms, the master has a queen and the 2nd bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed set up with a pull out twin trundle bed beneath. Upstairs is a fold out couch / bed. It sleeps eight. We take great pride in going the extra mile to keep Mammoth Point 109 CLEAN and cozy, and we welcome any suggestions that can make it better!
From our family to yours, thank you, and welcome to our winter paradise. We are humbled to be able to share it with you! Please contact Robin at 310.971.5570 or email at rjsarner@gmail.com

I stayed here with my fiancee (girlfriend at the time) and two of my closest friends a few weeks ago. My intentions were to have a place warm to come home to after a full day of hiking and exploring Gods beautiful creation with the ones I love. After a wonderful weekend of hiking around June Lake, Parker Lake and a few of the canyons lit up with beautiful Fall color.. I proposed to the love of my life on the way back to the bay area right in Yosemite Valley and she gladly accepted. Thanks for such a great weekend. Your property is perfect, coz,y and the views are breathtaking.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

These owners have a wonderful condo and we had a great time. The view and the location are ideal. I don't know if it was good timing, or if they occasionally replace these, but we appreciated the matching, non-scratched pots and pans and the well-stocked spices and oil cabinet. Those are hard items to bring and it was nice to have them there. There was great color this time of year and still lots of good biking! We will definitely recommend the unit to our friends.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This was a spur of the moment getaway. When I came upon this listing and found out it was available, we were thrilled. The Condo was in a quiet and nice part of the town, yet still close to all the fun. After a long day of hiking and fishing the family would soak in the large hot tub across the way from the rental. We felt very much at home in this clean and convenient rental and hope to return for some fun in the snow. I must say too that the owner responds quickly and was very helpful in making our reservation. She was super sweet! If you are looking for a great place to stay in Mammoth, this is it.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
