Relax on the lanai overlooking the peaceful views of the Myakka River and Charlotte Harbor. Dolphin and manatee sightings...great tarpon fishing! The small complex is well manicured and meticulous. Charcoal grille is in convenient location to building.
From the king size bed in the master bedroom, you wake up to the sun glistening on the water through the sliders. Master bath has tub/shower and large vanity with full mirror and walk in closet.
The Living Room and Dining area provide comfortable seating for entertaining with your friends. AND a new 46' HDTV. Plenty of glassware for beverages, dishes for cooking and dining.
Guest bedroom connects to bathroom through a pocket door entrance for privacy. Has large closet as well.
The kitchen is well equipped with new dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Lots of utensils also.
The Pool area overlooks water and fishing dock/pier. Walk to the end of the pier, sit down and relax even more! Either coffee in the morning and your favorite beverage at night.
Great location.... beaches, golfing, shopping and ball park all nearby. Great restaurant selections in this area.
