Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 4)

Our condo is on the first floor of a three-story building which has 15 units total. It is located on the edge of the intercoastal waterway and is within minutes of the beautiful white sandy beaches. There is a balcony in the back which has a stairway down to the water's edge.

Both master bedroom and living room open up to the double wide balcony. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Beach chairs are also provided. We have a high chair for a little one. We allow SMALL (well-behaved) pets. NOTE: We do not provide telephone service.

Okaloosa Island and its beautiful white sugar beaches are just ten minutes east. There are many great restaurants to choose from: Olive Garden, Red Lobster, TGI Friday's, Panda, El Paso, Logan's Road House, Smokey Bones and Longhorns, just to mention a few. Big Kahuna's water park is minutes away as well. Come stay with us - we're sure you'll come back again!

A deposit of $200 is required to hold your reservation. It is fully refundable with a 30 DAY ADVANCE cancellation notice. (If a 30 day notice is not received, the deposit will be held by the owner.) This amount MAY be refunded to you after an inspection of the property is conducted upon your departure. There is a cleaning fee of $65. 10% Florida State bed/sales tax will also be added. Payment in full is due one week prior to your stay.

  • Balcony: This deck has 6 tall chairs so you can sit and watch the sun rise with your coffee.

  • Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: Your view from the balcony is the Intercoastal Waterway between Okaloosa Island and Fort Walton Beach.
